Perfect location

This place was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of room, towels, extra blankets and pillows. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the patio for grilling and just sitting out there to relax.

Enjoyable get away

My family and I spent thanksgiving week here and truly enjoyed it. Spacious for our family of 6. The lake is beautiful and the location is close to downtown and other sites for leisure and fun. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful for small needs during our stay. Overall a great experience.

100th Birthday Party

Villa was nice and convenient to locations we needed to get to my wife’s aunt 100th Birthday celebration. Communication with hosts/property managers was great. USPS dropped off an order and placed in Villas mailbox. Mgr came then next evening and retrieved package and brought it to the bills. Great Customer Service Thanks for everything.

Perfect for our family Christmas.

Everything is exactly as expected and accurately described in the listing. We had a really great time there. Even got a surprise fire works show. Don’t know who did it or why but it was cool! Bedroom bathroom layout was perfect for what we needed. Communication was excellent and all questions answered. Overall A. We will be back again sometime.

Great Golf Home

We had a group of 4 visit this home for a friendly golf tournament at McCormick Ranch Golf Course. We were very pleased with the home and had a great time. The condo was clean and well appointed with every amenity you would need. Check in and check out was smooth and easy, Hans the owner even allowed us to check in early. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wishing to stay in the Scottsdale area.

McCormick Rental

The tvs in the bdrms were difficult to manage, trying to access channels. The unit is good size so it worked well for 5 guys down for a week of spring baseball. It is a little worn. It would be helpful if specific instructions for the tvs were left. The living rm tv was hooked to cable and that was fine. I had trouble in an upstairs bdrm with the wifi when a couple others were online.

Experience at 7401 N Scottsdale

Everything was great except for the fact that several lights needed new light bulbs and the one white couch that had to be used as a bed was broken. This was an issue because the listing claims to sleep 12 and there was only 10 of us (5 adults and 5 children) and 1 adult had to sleep on the broken couch.

McCormick Golf Resort Scottsdale

The condo is old and dated and needs many upgrades to include: new carpets(throw rugs were used to cover worn and stained carpet), new tile(throw carpets were used to cover where tile was broken and coming apart), new HVAC(downstairs cold, upstairs hot), new bath tubs(they were dirty, stained, moldy and rusted), repairs made to glass sliding door(inoperable and held together by duct tape, black mold present). Repairs and maintenance have been ignored and need to be addressed.

Mediocre at Best

The place was on the dirty side upon arrival. Furniture was OK. Spots on the floor and blemishes in some areas. Appeared to be rented a lot with poor cleanup afterwards. Broken smoke detector in my bedroom, it was sitting on the dresser top. No instructions on how to use TV cable system. When I asked the renter his response was look it up on the internet. No condiments and only 2 bowels. Location in Scottsdale was perfect. Exterior was good. Entry gate was sticking, and back sliding door did not work at all. I have seen worse. I did not bring up anything to the owner but kept the place very clean, in fact we cleaned the place so well that there was little for the owner to do. Watch out....surprise surprise the owner sends me a notification that there were some spots or the floor and dresser and he is keeping the deposit. I am a 67 year old male that doesn't smoke or drink. I have rented numerous times from VRBO without issue. This owner either never checked his previous renters or his complaints are always there so that he can keep the deposit. Sorry I rented this place. I don't like his lack of concern or his holding the deposit

Had a nice stay at this condo, good location, responsive owner

We just wrapped up a trip with 7 people to this condo at the McCormick/Millenium. We enjoyed our stay here. The pros to this place are that Hans is super responsive, responsible and accommodating. He's an attentive renter, which is always nice (though we never met him, just communicated by email and then text once we got there). Also the place has 4 bedrooms and lots of beds so it's nice when you have a big group. There are 3.5 bathrooms, and we stayed at a unit there last year that didn't have the extra bathroom so it's really nice to have when you have a lot of people. The bedrooms are decorated well, comfy beds, nice sheets/blankets, etc. The pool at the hotel is really nice and relaxing, and a nice getaway from the condo and heat. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, no major complaints there. There are also volleyball/tennis courts and other amenities (kayaking, etc) but we didn't use any of them. And also the place was clean and everything worked (sometimes with rentals this is not always the case). The only cons are that the main living areas are set up a little strange...especially the "white room" with white walls, white couches and a white armoire. That room feels weird. I think it would be awesome to make that a tv nook, or game room or something. It's wasted space. There are also a few too many tables in the main living area which gives it a cramped feeling. Those are pretty minor, though, and overall I would recommend this place to large groups. I was debating between 4 and 5 stars, but in the end, I couldn't come up with anything significant enough to make it a 4.

Great location!

A few friends of mine like to go see the spring training games every year. However, this year we missed the baseball but made up by playing 2 great golf courses right next to this house. The house as perfect for us, great amount of room, everything we needed and more. The owner's communication was very responsive and courteous. I would stay here again with friends or with my family in a heartbeat.
