On the ground floor, the living room opens towards the swimming pool while two bedrooms, one with its adjoining bathroom await you upstairs. On the ground a pretty wooden chalet offers an additional air-conditioned bedroom (ch. 3). Discover the beautiful city of Antibes, in particular its old center and its ramparts, without forgetting its chic shops and restaurants. Unmissable, the superb Garoupe beaches with its coves and fabulous turquoise waters invite you to swim and relax in an idyllic setting.

We had a great stay in the house. It was clean and had all accessories available.Our kids loved the pool! The bar area near the pool was nice.The owner was helpful.We recommend this place. We can’t think of anything negative.

Mis-sold

I was very disappointed to find that we had not booked the complete villa. One of the bedrooms was locked and the owner would not open it. Myself and my partner spent the first week with just the two of us. My partner s son and her mother came over to spend the last week .one of them had to sleep in the shed ,which is actually the third bedroom . Not the worst shed in the world mind you, but still a shed .i found this a little annoying as the villa was not so cheap. Other than that and a problem with the electricity supply to the shed, everything else was as we expected

Der Aufenthalt war Traumhaft... Das Haus biete alles was man braucht und der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett. Der Check-In beinhaltete eine kurze Runde mit dem Vermieter, der uns alles zeigte und erklĂ€rte auf was wir achten sollen. z.b. die in Frankreich ĂŒbliche Alarmanlage fĂŒr den Pool, oder auch die etwas empfindliche Marmor KĂŒchenzeile. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was benötigt wird. Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine mit Filter oder Kapseln, ausreichend Teller und Besteck. Alle RĂ€ume klimatisiert was bei den Temperaturen in diesem Jahr perfekt war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und komme bestimmt nochmal vorbei.

Ein schönes Haus mit einem tollen Pool, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Der Gastgeber Thierry fĂŒhrt einen grĂŒndlich zur EinfĂŒhrung durch das Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es besteht eine problemlose Parkmöglichkeit an der Straße (Sackgasse) direkt vor dem Haus. Der Pool wird 1-2 mal pro Woche durch den Gastgeber gereinigt.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus bietet viele Angebote wie z.B. Boccia und eine Tischtennisplatte und und und, sowie eine Außenbar :) und einen schönen Pool. Leider sind vom Vermieter noch Lebensmittel und andere Sachen im Haus. Ansonsten war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sich gut um alles gekĂŒmmert. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt :) Auch fĂŒr unseren kleinen Hund war der Aufenthalt super, da das Haus komplett umzĂ€unt ist und man sich daher keine Sorgen machen muss

Sensationel Top Vermieter super schöne Ferien anlage zum enspannen top Lage sehr Sauber und viele extras. Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich wir können dies nur weiter empfehlen. Das Mietobjekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alle Sachen vor Ort waren schon ĂŒber Jahre gebraucht und abgenutzt z.B. ein kaputter Ledersessel , Sitzkissen defekt bzw. eingerissen, Geschirr unvollstĂ€ndig FahrrĂ€der ca 30 Jahre alt und nur teilweise funktionsfĂ€hig Thierry war immer sehr bemĂŒht und freundlich um alles nett zu gestalten Wir haben den Urlaub trotz anfĂ€nglicher Start Schwierigkeiten genossen

Ein schöner Ort fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub

Positiv ist die ruhige Lage des Objektes, der Pool und die angebotenen Freizeitmöglichkeiten mit Tischtennis, Darts und Flipperautomat, wer es mag. Wer im Urlaub Fernsehen möchte, bekommt optimale Möglichkeiten geboten. Das Haus ist super klimatisiert, alle RĂ€ume haben eine Klimaanlage. Eine Überraschung ist, dass die 5. und 6. Person in einem Anbau und nicht im Haus schlafen mĂŒssten. Weiterhin ist das 2. Bad im Anbau mit 2. Schlafzimmer. Das Mobiliar, die HandtĂŒcher, Bettzeug und Badezimmer sind gepflegt und sauber, aber es lĂ€sst sich nicht verleugnen, dass alles schon einige Jahre alt ist. Die vorhandenen FahrrĂ€der sind benutzbar, genĂŒgen allerdings nicht AnsprĂŒchen des modernen Bikens. Man kommt damit nach Antibes, zum Strand und zum BĂ€cker. Thierry ist nett und immer erreichbar und sorgt fĂŒr Problemlösungen, wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftreten.

Schöner Urlaub mit mehr Potenzial

Inserat war ziemlich zutreffend. Die Lage war optimal, sehr ruhige Lage. Man muss schon mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super, hat sich sehr bemĂŒht mit uns zu kommunizieren( er kann Französisch und gutes Englisch). War sehr freundlich. Aussen Anlage war sehr gepflegt, auch der Pool...leider war es im Haus sehr abgenutzt, könnte eine Renovierung vertragen...Trotzdem kann man das Haus beruhigt weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus, super Ferien!

Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen! Thierry unser Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und hat sich um alles gekĂŒmmert. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und der schöne Pool lĂ€dt zum relaxen ein. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Tolles Haus mit vielen Extras

Es ist ein tolles Haus. Bei den vielen Extras, wie z.B. FahrrĂ€der, Boccia, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, kleine Fußballtore

Lovely house in quiet residential area not far from the beach

We have had a lovely week in this house which has fully lived up to our expectations. The house is perfectly located between Nice and Cannes both of which can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car. There is a nice beach at Juan-Les-Pins and the old town of Antibes (which is a beautiful old Mediterranean town) is definitely worth a visit as well, both of which are less than a 15 minute drive from the house. The house has many nice activities in addition to a nice pool, we enjoyed playing table tennis, petanque, and riding the 4 mountain bikes, you also get to a playing on the pinball machine, so this is a great house for the active family. Communication with landlord Thierry has been really good as we do not speak French everything has been in English and has been completely hassle free. Definitely a recommendation from us Best regards Christian from Denmark

Bonnes vacances

Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances dans l’ensemble. Concernant la maison, Elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e flipper, table de ping-pong, piscine, fauteuil massant, piano et autres. Nous avons adorĂ© l’extĂ©rieur. NĂ©anmoins la vaisselle Ă©tait sale et il manque de la verrerie (verre Ă  vin, eau.. ) La localisation de la maison est trĂšs bien, tout Ă  moins de 10 minutes en voiture (supermarchĂ©, restaurants, foire...) Et grandes villes Ă  proximitĂ© ( Cannes, Nice, Juan les pins...) NĂ©anmoins, attention Ă  la musique car la voisine ne ce gĂȘnera pas pour venir vous le dire mĂȘme en pleine journĂ©e. Pour finir, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu du comportement du propriĂ©taire Ă  notre dĂ©part. En effet il s’est permit de nous faire des plusieurs rĂ©flexions qui n’avaient pas lieu d’ĂȘtre. Par exemple le fait que nous ayons pas sortis les poubelles alors qu’on l’a fait toute la semaine. Nous avons eu le malheur de lui prĂ©ciser qu’il manquait des saladiers, d’un air froid il nous a dit qu’il connaissait sa maison, qu’il y en avait, il fallait chercher

Lieblingshaus in SĂŒdfrankreich

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus! Neben einem tollen Pool bietet das Haus noch weitere VorzĂŒge. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Außenbar mit KĂŒhlschrank und Gefrierschrank, die wir vor allem abends bei farbiger Beleuchtung ausgiebig genutzt haben. Im Gartenhaus steht zudem ein Flipperautomat und viele Strand- und Gartenspielutensilien. Das Haus ist ĂŒberall klimatisiert und voll umfĂ€nglich ausgestattet. Auch technisch hat es einiges zu bieten: Großer Flachbildfernseher, Massagesessel, Surroundsoundanlage, etc. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, was allerdings durch die VorzĂŒge des Hauses entschuldigt wird! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und waren froh ĂŒber den netten Vermieter und seinen sĂŒĂŸen Hund.
