Mis-sold

I was very disappointed to find that we had not booked the complete villa. One of the bedrooms was locked and the owner would not open it. Myself and my partner spent the first week with just the two of us. My partner s son and her mother came over to spend the last week .one of them had to sleep in the shed ,which is actually the third bedroom . Not the worst shed in the world mind you, but still a shed .i found this a little annoying as the villa was not so cheap. Other than that and a problem with the electricity supply to the shed, everything else was as we expected

Schönes Haus

Das Haus bietet viele Angebote wie z.B. Boccia und eine Tischtennisplatte und und und, sowie eine Außenbar :) und einen schönen Pool. Leider sind vom Vermieter noch Lebensmittel und andere Sachen im Haus. Ansonsten war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sich gut um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :) Auch für unseren kleinen Hund war der Aufenthalt super, da das Haus komplett umzäunt ist und man sich daher keine Sorgen machen muss

Sommer Urlaub

Sensationel Top Vermieter super schöne Ferien anlage zum enspannen top Lage sehr Sauber und viele extras. Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich wir können dies nur weiter empfehlen. Für uns stimmte alles ob Haus, pool, ort, Lage, vermieter einfach ein perfekter ulaub von uns gibt es 10 Sterne. Danke an den Vermieter.

Das Mietobjekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alle Sachen vor Ort waren schon über Jahre gebraucht und abgenutzt z.B. ein kaputter Ledersessel , Sitzkissen defekt bzw. eingerissen, Geschirr unvollständig Fahrräder ca 30 Jahre alt und nur teilweise funktionsfähig Thierry war immer sehr bemüht und freundlich um alles nett zu gestalten Wir haben den Urlaub trotz anfänglicher Start Schwierigkeiten genossen

Ein schöner Ort für einen Familienurlaub

Positiv ist die ruhige Lage des Objektes, der Pool und die angebotenen Freizeitmöglichkeiten mit Tischtennis, Darts und Flipperautomat, wer es mag. Wer im Urlaub Fernsehen möchte, bekommt optimale Möglichkeiten geboten. Das Haus ist super klimatisiert, alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage. Eine Überraschung ist, dass die 5. und 6. Person in einem Anbau und nicht im Haus schlafen müssten. Weiterhin ist das 2. Bad im Anbau mit 2. Schlafzimmer. Das Mobiliar, die Handtücher, Bettzeug und Badezimmer sind gepflegt und sauber, aber es lässt sich nicht verleugnen, dass alles schon einige Jahre alt ist. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind benutzbar, genügen allerdings nicht Ansprüchen des modernen Bikens. Man kommt damit nach Antibes, zum Strand und zum Bäcker. Thierry ist nett und immer erreichbar und sorgt für Problemlösungen, wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftreten.

Schöner Urlaub mit mehr Potenzial

Inserat war ziemlich zutreffend. Die Lage war optimal, sehr ruhige Lage. Man muss schon mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super, hat sich sehr bemüht mit uns zu kommunizieren( er kann Französisch und gutes Englisch). War sehr freundlich. Aussen Anlage war sehr gepflegt, auch der Pool...leider war es im Haus sehr abgenutzt, könnte eine Renovierung vertragen...Trotzdem kann man das Haus beruhigt weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus, super Ferien!

Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen! Thierry unser Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und der schöne Pool lädt zum relaxen ein. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Tolles Haus mit vielen Extras

Es ist ein tolles Haus. Bei den vielen Extras, wie z.B. Fahrräder, Boccia, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, kleine Fußballtore… wird keinem Kind langweilig. Als Highlight natürlich der Pool und die Barbeleuchtung. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Parfait du début à la fin

Vacances inoubliables ,la maison répond au besoin de notre famille, ya de quoi occupé grand et petit . On a bien profiter de la piscine mes enfants étaient content . L hôte était à notre écoute et super gentil et professionnel malgré notre arrivée tardive .

Lovely house in quiet residential area not far from the beach

We have had a lovely week in this house which has fully lived up to our expectations. The house is perfectly located between Nice and Cannes both of which can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car. There is a nice beach at Juan-Les-Pins and the old town of Antibes (which is a beautiful old Mediterranean town) is definitely worth a visit as well, both of which are less than a 15 minute drive from the house. The house has many nice activities in addition to a nice pool, we enjoyed playing table tennis, petanque, and riding the 4 mountain bikes, you also get to a playing on the pinball machine, so this is a great house for the active family. Communication with landlord Thierry has been really good as we do not speak French everything has been in English and has been completely hassle free. Definitely a recommendation from us Best regards Christian from Denmark

Bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans l’ensemble. Concernant la maison, Elle est très bien équipée flipper, table de ping-pong, piscine, fauteuil massant, piano et autres. Nous avons adoré l’extérieur. Néanmoins la vaisselle était sale et il manque de la verrerie (verre à vin, eau.. ) La localisation de la maison est très bien, tout à moins de 10 minutes en voiture (supermarché, restaurants, foire...) Et grandes villes à proximité ( Cannes, Nice, Juan les pins...) Néanmoins, attention à la musique car la voisine ne ce gênera pas pour venir vous le dire même en pleine journée. Pour finir, nous avons été très déçu du comportement du propriétaire à notre départ. En effet il s’est permit de nous faire des plusieurs réflexions qui n’avaient pas lieu d’être. Par exemple le fait que nous ayons pas sortis les poubelles alors qu’on l’a fait toute la semaine. Nous avons eu le malheur de lui préciser qu’il manquait des saladiers, d’un air froid il nous a dit qu’il connaissait sa maison, qu’il y en avait, il fallait chercher

Lieblingshaus in Südfrankreich

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus! Neben einem tollen Pool bietet das Haus noch weitere Vorzüge. Es verfügt über eine Außenbar mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, die wir vor allem abends bei farbiger Beleuchtung ausgiebig genutzt haben. Im Gartenhaus steht zudem ein Flipperautomat und viele Strand- und Gartenspielutensilien. Das Haus ist überall klimatisiert und voll umfänglich ausgestattet. Auch technisch hat es einiges zu bieten: Großer Flachbildfernseher, Massagesessel, Surroundsoundanlage, etc. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, was allerdings durch die Vorzüge des Hauses entschuldigt wird! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und waren froh über den netten Vermieter und seinen süßen Hund.
