Appartement glamour, silencieux et trÚs spacieux (90m2) situé entre la plage de Las Canteras et l'avenue Mesa y López, le quartier commerçant moderne de LPA, à proximité de tout ce dont vous avez besoin: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, nettoyeurs à sec, gare des bus, etc.

L'appartement est trÚs joliment décoré et imprégné de modernité. La cuisine est trÚs bien équipée avec des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme Bosch (réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, micro-ondes, lave-linge et lave-vaisselle)

Großes appartment in strandnĂ€he

Die Kommunikation mit christina verlief super und sehr freundlich. Die lage der wohnung ist toll: direkt an einem kleinen platz mit lebhaften CafĂ©s/ Bars. Zum Strand ist es sehr nah. Die Schlafzimmer haben fenster zu einem mini innenhof, weswegen man sehr ruhig schlafen kann; jedoch sind diese Zimmer auch tagsĂŒber sehr dunkel. Die kĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und schön hell.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Nachteilen

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Allerdings war die GeruchsbelĂ€stigung im Bad durch veraltete Rohre nicht sehr angenehm. Auch wĂ€re es gut gewesen zu wissen, dass die Wohnung direkt am Plaza Farray liegt, der zumindest am Wochenende ein beliebter Treffpunkt junger Leute mit entsprechender LautstĂ€rke und Musikberieselung verbunden ist. Nicht in Ordnung finde ich, dass das Apartment mit Parkplatz ausgeschrieben ist. Nachdem wir der Besitzerin mitgeteilt hatten, dass wir mit dem Auto kommen, hat sie uns freundlicherweise einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus reserviert, fĂŒr den wir dann 53,50 Euro bezahlen mussten. Es wĂ€re fair, solche Zusatzkosten im Angebot zu erwĂ€hnen.

Wonderful stay

The accommodation was extremely good. We stayed there for easy access to the hospital where my husband was receiving treatment and it was very easy for the bus route. Cristina was very helpful to us and couldn't have done more to help with supplying any information that we required.

Lovely apartment, great location

This lovely apartment had everything you could wish for, both practical things (like hairdryer, washing machine, etc.) and in terms of location. It was as easy to walk to Las Canteras beach as it was to reach the main shopping street (El Corte Ingles) and the various local restaurants. Of importance to us was that the bedroom was really quiet which it was. The only reason I haven't given a maximum possible score is that the flat is on the third floor up numerous stairs and there's no lift so may not be suitable for anybody who was elderly or infirm in some way. We spent a morning at the botanical gardens which is on a steeply sloping valley and had to gather our strength for the subsequent climb to the apartment after an excellent lunch at the restaurant attached to the gardens. Whilst we were in Las Palmas, the carnival was on, we didn't realise how popular it was and it certainly added to our enjoyment watching the various shows on TV. Cristina was very helpful and answered any queries promptly and efficiently, she was fun to deal with, I wish her all success in future.

Splendid location

My husband and I are in our seventies and we enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was even equipped with all kind of species. Supermarket very close. Many bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood of varied price levels. The sushi-bar next house served very good (and huge) nightcaps. In the nearby car park we made a cheap appointment for parking a week, which meant, that we could leave and come back as often as we wanted. We spent some time to explore the island too. Cristina is a brilliant landlady. Eager to ask if we needed anything. Thank you Cristina! We will not hesitate to recommend the apartment

Excellent apartment in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

We just stayed 4 days with wife and two children on this amazing apartment close to Las Canteras beach and city shopping center. It is lovely decorated, with a modern style that shows the ownerÂŽs good taste and is really fully equipped, with everything that you would need at home but wouldÂŽt expect to find on a guest house (furniture, appliances, HDTV, big sofa, kitchen equipment, etc etc etc). The apartment is spacious, with a big living room on one side and 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen on the other side of the apartment, which makes you feel that you have two apartments put together due to its size and long alley. The location is excellent, on a nice small square that has some activity at night (although rooms are on the opposite site of the square and there is no noise at all) and within walking distance from beach and main shopping street (Mesa y LĂłpez). The only drawback is that is a third floor without lift, but according to the owner it will be solved within a few months. We would like to thank the owner for being so helpful and attentive during our stay, and we will come back there for sure on our next visit to Las Palmas, as well as recommending it to friends and family. Thanks for such a nice stay, Cristina!

Five star apartment in Las Canteras

A wonderful homely, comfortable and clean apartment that has everything you need. It is very close to Las Canteras beach which is a beautiful golden sand beach. It is above a lively little square called plaza de farray which has lots of bars, cafes, music but not loud at night. It was nice to sit out on the small balcony with a glass of wine and look down at the activity in the square. Christina was a great host and always replied promptly to our messages and needs. She also left us great information about the city and where to go etc.. Although ideally situated for the beach if you are wanting to be in or near the old city, the apartment is a bus ride away from it and it takes about half hour journey in all with some walking and the bus to get there. It is very close big shopping areas and supermarkets. We loved this apartment and would recommend it. We hope to return. Thank you Christina.
