The accommodation is located in a mansion, quiet, in a large park, close to shops (5kms), beaches and many tourist sites. From the terrace, no other house is visible and the greenery invites to well-being. All the comforts and facilities necessary for your stay are made available. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine. The accommodation includes washing machine and tumble dryer. Minimum stay of 3 nights and 7 nights for the Christmas holidays.

Many tourist sites are located in a nearby radius: Saintes (Gallo-Roman arena, paléosite, cathedral ...), Jonzac (aquatic center of the Antilles, thermal baths, casino ...), Pons (medieval city), Cognac, Royan , Talmont (classified more beautiful villages of France) ... The beaches are also reachable in 30 minutes.
