Beautiful Burgundy Family House with pool at the gates of the Morvan

Very nice family home with heated pool.
Located at the gates of the Morvan, our property consists of three independent living spaces which allows several families to enjoy each of their own home.
You can enjoy a park of one hectare and a half and a private pool.
Absolute calm and an ideal location to enjoy the activities of the Morvan National Park a few minutes from the tourist beauties of the region: Vézelay, Semur en Auxois, Époisses, etc.
30 minutes from Montbard TGV station, 15 minutes from Avallon, 10 minutes from the A6 motorway, our house is located two hours from Paris by car.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
