Villa VAYA, ideal for couple with 2 children

Located in a village very close to Carcassonne (5 km) and its city the accommodation we offer is located in a very quiet area. It is private, surrounded by greenery with a view of the foothills of the Pyrenees. You can enjoy at any time the joys of our pool and a private terrace. The accommodation is located in an annex building to the property completely renovated, equipped and decorated with the utmost attention. Your vehicle can be parked in the property safely. In addition to the interest generated by the many historic sites (city of Carcassonne, Cathar castles, abbeys, Canal du Midi) the region offers many opportunities for excursions: rafting / canyoning, museums, caves, hiking, etc. for which we have documentation at your disposal.

Logement annexé à la maison du propriétaire, décoré avec soin. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour de la cuisine du quotidien. Propriétaire accueillant et discret. Un bon séjour dans ce logement, idéale pour une famille de deux à qu’âtres personnes

Propriétaire aimable et courtois.Localisation du bien excentrée et donc très calme.Description technique de la studette conforme a la fiche a savoir propre récent et globalement fonctionnel bien que petit malgré tout pour passer un séjour de deux semaines dans une seule pièce principale a deux.Manque un store pour se protéger du soleil car le petit parasol de plage proposé sur la terrasse locataire est notoirement insuffisant en cas de forte chaleur. Le problème principal justifiant notre notation vient de l'absence totale de séparation entre la partie propriétaire et la partie locataire, la maison du propriétaire étant collée presque contre la partie locataire point qui a été occulté sur les photos proposées.La piscine se trouve ainsi collée contre la terrasse du propriétaire donnant sur son salon ce qui en matière d'intimité ou tranquillité est gênant lorsque les porte fenêtres de ce salon sont tout le temps ouvertes. En clair un gros effort a fournir par le propriétaire pour créer un véritable espace locataire indépendant (cloisons terrasse propriétaires ?haies?... )comme on peut l’espérer sur ce type de location de vacances compte tenu du prix proposé.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Le logement est adapté pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants ou 1 ado car le canapé lit n’est pas très grand et pas très confortable. Pour la chambre parentale,la literie est confortable et la climatisation très appréciable,douche parfaite. Le logement est bien équipé. Les seuls petits bémols c’est le manque d’ombre au niveau du salon de jardin (parasol trop petit)et transat près de la piscine pas d’ombre . Proche des centres commerciaux et des visites au alentour de Carcassonne. En résumé le logement est bien situé , PROPRE et piscine sympa.

Un endroit parfait entre ville et montagne idéalement placé pour découvrir la région. Bien tenu par nos hôtes disponibles, agréables et discrets, il ne manque rien dans ce logement très fonctionnel, moderne et la piscine est un vrai plus quand on veut profiter du soleil. Merci pour ce bon moment.

Villa agréable (piscine, clim) tout proche de Carcassonne e

Tout l'équipement que nous souhaitions était présent : belle piscine et climatisation. Nous avons pu profiter de l'espace commun (piscine et jardin) et avons apprécié le calme du quartier.
