Gîte la Bertinière is an Anglo-Norman house from the 1950s. It is labeled 3 ears at Gîtes de France.
Pets are accepted for an additional € 5 per night per animal (€ 20 for one week).

Ideally located between land and sea, in the town of Beuzeville, you can notably discover Honfleur (15 min) and its rich heritage, but also Deauville, Trouville, Etretat, Caen, Rouen, Le Havre, the landing beaches ... etc. The cottage is particularly well centered for organizing your visits.

The fully independent house is located in a very quiet area with walking access to all local shops. 
It has been completely renovated (new bedding, up-to-date dishes, modern household appliances ...) and decorated with care.
It consists of a functional kitchen-dining room, an independent living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 bed and a baby bed, the other with a 140 bed plus 2 90 beds), a bathroom (with bath and WC) on the ground floor, a small toilet area (with WC and washbasin) upstairs, a cellar where a relaxation area has been installed (infrared sauna , walk-in shower and exercise bike) and a storeroom (bikes available for adults and children),
A space just in front is reserved for your car.

The cottage is equipped for the reception of babies.

Lovely stay

As a family of 4, we had a very comfortable stay in this lovely house. It’s situated in a very nice town but is also on a very quiet street so lovely and peaceful yet a very short walk to the shops. The house was clean and spacious and the kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you coukd possibly need on vacation and more. The windows have electric shutters so you can have the room as dark or light as you require. Our boys also loved cycling challenges on the exercise bike 🚴 We enjoyed all aspects of this house and it’s great location and base for exploring Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville-sur-Mer, Etretat, Cabourg, Le Harve and Rouen and all towns in between 😀 Thank you very much to Rene& Nadine for good correspondence and a lovely house. We hope to return in the future to explore all over again. Linda & family

Formidable ! Maison chaleureuse et très bien située

Nous avons passé un séjour au top à la Bertinerie, très bien équipée, joliment décorée et proche de tous commerces. Accueil très sympathique et pro. Une excellente adresse en Normandie, proche notamment des superbes plages Normandes. Merci à Nadine et René !
