Groups Ages 18-25 are OK however an additional $750.00 = $1,500 Refundable Security Deposit is required and the End of Stay Cleaning Fee will be an additional $450. Both will be adjusted after you book.

Host was very responsive and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the kids had a blast playing in the sand and in the pool. Having seperated living rooms helped adult have kid free fun while the kids still enjoyed their games/shows.

Best beach house we've stayed at. We wanted casual beachfront digs for us and our dog, and this place delivered. We especially enjoyed the quiet location, beachfront access and extra large space to move around in. The master bedroom balcony offered stunning views, with palm trees swaying in the foreground. The mattresses were squeaky, but comfortable. We slept very well.We appreciate mgmt allowing us to stay an extra night so we could wait for improved road conditions after Winter Storm Fern.

The house was very dated and is need of a major remodel. Several objects are rusted, cabinets and door handles are broken, and just overall run down. The three ‘beachfront suites’ upstairs have beautiful views, however all the other rooms are small, closed off, and outdated. The hot-tub was filthy upon arrival, but luckily the pool service came the next day to drain the water and refill it. The location is great! The two washer and dryers were ideal, as was the small dumpster garbage can onsite. My advice, spend a little more and stay in a nicer home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was everything we wanted it to be. We had 5 families and the adults were outnumbered by kids, but it was perfect. The boys enjoyed the bunk beds, the girls loved their sleep overs in the king beds, and the adults got to enjoy slow mornings on the upstairs balcony while drinking coffee. There was plenty of room and the beach was at the back door. There are some minor things that need attention, but they didn’t impact our stay at all. We had to do some cleaning when we first arrived, but the house overall was exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much for sharing this house with us and letting our families be able to enjoy a vacation together.

Perfect house for large group

This beach house was a perfect match for our large family vacation. With only a few steps from the back door to the beach, it suited our elderly as well as convenient for those with smaller children who needed to make frequent trips back to the house. It would be helpful if there were more larger cookware such as pots and skillets for large meals but we made do with what was available. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Any time there is a problem, you get fantastic service from the management company. We have stayed at this property 3 times and this summer was the best yet. Easy to get to PCDC for diving as well as a straight shot to the Jetties. This location is not in a high traffic area and that suits our needs so well.

Location location location!

To have a place in Panama City with a semi private beach was perfection! The layout of the house was great for our family of 19, the proximity to beach was great as well. Close enough to the house that we could watch the littles walk back and forth between the house and beach. We had an issue with the air not working great but they replaced the unit within two days, and brought extra fans to get us through. The kitchen is not stocked very well and the house is in major need of some TLC. But, that being said, we would 100% rent this house again!

"Our Old Faithful Surf Drive Beach House"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this house at least 5 times in the past. We love the area. The house is located on a quiet street. The house is very spacious for our needs. The house has never been "spotless" when we have stayed there in the past, so we didnt expect it to be. The floors were dirty and the area rugs hadnt been cleaned. In all fairness, we noticed a vacum sweeper in the dumpster and that may have been the reason floors looked so bad. I called the customer service number and was promptly taken care of. I had to call customer service a few times during our stay and was very pleased with the prompt service we recevied. Overall, our stay was very good. We really like staying at this house. Its close to the stores and you can walk to at least one gas station to pick up ice and small items like that. I would recommend this house and we have over the years to people who have stayed in this house. The location seems a little more "tourist like" than before when we used to stay here. The beach is really why we come. There are so many new high rises, it makes the place more comerical. The house is still one of the favorite houses my family and friends enjoy coming to when we go on vacation. We plan on booking this house again. We call it, "Old Faithful".

Reviewer Comments: The property it self was stunning that we will definitely be booking again. The only 2 issues we had were there was a bad storm and water got into the house causing a family member to slip and we had to clean up the water mess. Another thing was the hot tub and pool weren't clean upon our arrival, so they had to send someone to clean the pool and hot tube and then the next day they came back to drain the pool and hot tub. Other then that minor stuff but everything else was great. Maintenance guys were respectful and made sure our stay went great with out anymore issues. The View form the house was breath taking and definitely plenty of space for a large group to stay at. We enjoyed our stay and if the property is available next year we will book again.

Fantastic space

We rented this house so our out of town guests could stay together for our wedding weekend. The space is terrific, and the location is perfect on the “quieter” east end of PCB. The house is beautifully situated on the beach with a lovely pool and hot tub. The property manager was kind and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable space to share with loved ones.

We had a great time. There were some minor problems but Paula took care of them right away. The house was just what we were looking for because of the size of our group. Plenty of privacy if needed, great room where everyone could be comfortable. Great location.
