We had a great 6 night stay. The property is spacious and the distance to the beach was perfect. The biggest perk was having 2 refrigerators! Communication with Warren Rentals was top notch. We will definitely be back.

This property has it all, on the beach, swimming pool, great space, everything you need to accommodate larger parties. Close to great restaurants as well as other amenities offered in the area. The property management team is very friendly and responsive making sure that your stay is as great as possible. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for a multi generation family reunion! Plenty of room for everyone in this lovely large house.The location on the beach and pool were enjoyed by everyone. Bedrooms on the top 2 floors were great as was the open kitchen and Lr/Dr area. Communication with Rich the property manager was great. Overall a wonderful stay at Looney Dunes

Beautiful home for our family of 16, ages 4-80!

Very well stocked with everything we needed for great family meals and games. Beds are wonderful and pool was a plus for the little ones. A few issues with elevator, but called for maintenance and they were very prompt to check things out. We will go again for sure!

So nice to stay right on beach— easy access to waterfront. Would have liked stair railings on boardwalk leading from house to sand — not ADA compliant? Elevator in house a real plus!!! Directions on how use would have been helpful. Overall a very accommodating house for 13 of us. Would stay again— however very pricy!!

Perfect for family with 23 people!

This fit my extended family so well and we loved being right on the beach. From plenty of things for the kids to do while also accommodating my 90 year old grandad this house was perfect. The bunk room was great for the older kids, we thought there was an extra twin in one of the rooms and were a little disappointed to find out there wasn't but the room with the queen and full did the trick. Property management was always quick to respond and make sure the problem was resolved. Overall a great stay!

Great location, nice place. Prominently advertised on website and photos heated pool . Pool heater was broken and wasn’t repaired for our stay. Too cold to swim in the ocean or pool. Very disappointing. Asked for fair compensation but only credited 4% on 5 day stay, and that’s not fair.

Nice beach

It’s nice that the house is new and has ensuites. It had a few maintenance items but they were taken care of the day we reported them. The kitchen has bare minimum for cooking. Location is 10-15 car drive from restaurants and shopping. Don’t waste your money with the golf cart. The beach was not crowded so that made the stay great.

Amazing Home for Family Vacation!

This home has everything. Beautiful kitchen for home cooked meals. The view. The location. The pool. The ocean. We loved everything about it. We rented a golf cart and could get everywhere we needed to from this location. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to all of our questions. The kids had a blast in the playroom. We would love to go back!

Perfect family vacation

This home was beyond expectations for our 9 children and 7 adults. Everyone loved that there were multiple balconies, two refrigerators and an amazing game room. For the past 8 years we have spent a week after Christmas on the beach in PCB. Never have we had enough bedrooms, bathrooms and personal space. Thank you Warren Beach Rentals for finding us the perfect house, the perfect location and your quick response to any question and request. We even figured out the elevator per your guidance which was awesome with groceries and luggage. We will be back!!
