Super endroit. 13 m du stade Bronco, 12 m du champ Coors, 17 m du centre-ville.

Deux chambres récemment rénovées. grand salon ouvert, tous les nouveaux appareils dans la cuisine. Les chambres ont des matelas en gel de mousse à mémoire de forme pour un confort maximum, une grande douche à l'italienne pour un mouvement facile. Accès facile à I 70 et 25. 15 minutes à Red Rocks et à vélo de montagne. 13 minutes du stade Bronco, 12 minutes de Coors Field, 17 minutes du centre-ville de Comedy Works Denver. .
Pour les skieurs, une heure à Winter Park, une heure et 15 minutes environ à Keystone, le bassin d'Arapahoe, Breckenridge et la montagne de cuivre. Deux heures pour Vail.

We were in Denver to celebrate my daughter-in-law's 1 year anniversary of her new heart and adding another daughter-in-law as our other son was married. It was very good to have a clean and spacious lower level apartment to relax in after a whirlwind of activities with our families. The full kitchen with newer appliances was also very nice to be able to avoid eating out for every meal.

Great place! We stayed 3 days for the Metallica concert. The bedrooms stay nice and cool during the summer. It is clean and a good neighborhood. We enjoyed it thoroughly, felt almost like home.

Perfect location, exactly what we needed for our three night stay.

This was the perfect location for exactly what we needed. We only stayed the three nights but it was enjoyable and had everything that we needed. Thanks so much for providing bathroom supplies in the shower it was helpful to not have to buy stuff when we got there. We enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend.

Overall, the unit met our needs. Very reasonably priced for the area, good parking, great neighborhood, and easy access. The unit is in the basement with several steps down to the entrance. The apartment wasn't cleaned well and we had several bugs in the unit throughout our stay. I would recommend the apartment if you're looking for a reasonable and comfy place to stay.

Quick girls trip to a show at the Oriental Theater. Location was excellent and it was very clean. Just a note if you are a light sleeper that it is a basement unit and you can hear footsteps above at times.

This property exceeded our expectations. Great location and easy to get to every place in Denver we wanted to go within 15 minutes or less. Super clean. Very nice decor and spacious. Awesome kitchen and bathroom! It had a/c units in every room so each person could set their own temps in their room. Only had 1 minor frustration with the tv cutting out in the evenings during the football games or tv shows. Parking out front or in the stall. Neighboring people in the house were very friendly and kind. 100% recommend!!

Nice quiet place in a great location

We had a great weekend, the place was easy to find and a short drive to interstate. Only issue was not having any lightbulbs in the bedroom fan fixtures, but didn't really effect the stay at all. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

My friend and I thought it was super cute and cozy. It had everything we could possibly need. Tv was a little spotty in our down time but otherwise everything else was great!
