The penthouse located on the 4rd floor (with an elevator) consists of a living space of 80sq. m and includes :

-one bedroom with a double bed on a mezzanine above the living room
-one bedroom with two single beds

The accommodation doesn't include a private parking place but you can park in a public parking ( Parking Vieux Port)

## Neighborhood

It has a very good situation, in the center of the 1st arrondissement, to discover the city on foot. Ideal for visiting the Vieux Port, visiting the museums (Mucem, the Marseille museum, the Cantini museum ...), markets and beautiful squares with Mediterranean colors. Looking for bars and restaurants? The accommodation is close to everything! Walks and discovery of this magical and secret city can be done on foot but it is possible to use the bus.

From the stations --> 2 metro stations away or 15 min away by car
From the airport --> 30 min away by car or 1h away by transports

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
- Early check-out from 6 am to 8 am : 20€
- Arrivals and departures on bank holidays: 10€
Fees are cumulative. All fees to be paid directly to the concierge in cash upon arrival/departure.
