Mediterranean style, two-story villa in tropical surroundings. A/C in bedrooms and common areas, free WiFi, DVD player, cable TV and full kitchen. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Living room with high ceilings opens onto a sunset patio with ocean views. *Please refer below to "Other things to note" for important details and charges during check-in. Full access to the resort amenities including pool, spa, restaurant and 24/7 gated security. Length of stay discounts, weekly cleaning included.

Villas de Palermo is a gated community set back in the hills of San Juan del Sur. The high elevation offers breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Bay. The location is short ride from the beach but far enough away to relax with family or hideaway on a romantic weekend!

With a desk in each bedroom and excellent WiFi signal, Villa Luisa is also very well suited to guests visiting San Juan del Sur for work.

Each bedroom has a queen bed. Extra single beds will be added where more than 4 guests are specified during booking.

PLEASE NOTE:

Electricity is not included ($ 0.35 x kW consumed). Typical daily cost of electricity is $5 to $8 per day if used conservatively and we recommend only using A/C when you need it (we preset for 3 hours during the night). Meter readings will be taken when you arrive and depart and you will pay on departure.

You will be charged a one-time resort fee of $20 on check-in that you will pay directly to reception.

Water in the villas is not potable, so we recommend bringing some water. The resort sells 1L bottle for $10.

I am Nicaragua born and live in the US with my husband and son. Growing up in Nicaragua I have the best memories of family vacations in San Juan del Sur so it was my dream to one day own a villa there. I am delighted to share it with you!

Our Mediterranean style villa is located at Villas de Palermo Resort in San Juan del Sur, 5 minutes’ drive from the town center. There are free shuttles to the town, free WiFi and the villa has ocean views from our terrace. The complex includes an outdoor swimming pool adjoining the restaurant, bar and shaded decks.

Accommodation is a stand-alone villa equipped with free WiFi, DVD player, cable TV, full kitchen, living room and dining area, terrace overlooking the ocean and two private bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms. The bottom floor includes the living room with vaulted high ceilings making the space full of natural light. The kitchen, dining area, terrace and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet are also located in the bottom floor. The master suite is located on the top floor and has a walk-in closet.
We provide basic toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen. For meals, feel free to call room service or prepare your own meals. Dine outdoors on your covered terrace or inside at your kitchen table.

The on-site restaurant offers a comprehensive menu using fresh, local ingredients. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the town of San Juan del Sur, a short drive away in our free shuttle that runs during daylight hours. Make sure you try the local seafood spots, we will provide a list of our recommendations in our welcome package.

Villas de Palermo offers shuttle services to Augusto C. Sandino International airport for a fee. The front desk can also arrange transportation to the Costa Rican border or local bus terminals in Rivas and San Juan del Sur. Enjoy free luggage storage, as well as the restaurant and the pool if you arrive early and after checking out.

We also encourage our guests staying here for 2 nights or more to explore some of the other beaches in the region. These beaches are some of the best surfing beaches in the world, and secluded, making them some of the most beautiful and relaxing places.
