La Palue beach at 700m is a renowned spot for surfers, the hiking trail which passes at the foot of the house will take you on the GR34 and its breathtaking landscapes of cliffs and small coves. The Cap de la ChÚvre, the Tas de Pois, the seaside resort of Morgat, the port of Camaret, the fortifications of Vauban, without forgetting the Pont de Rosnoën, the banks of the Aulne with its boat cemetery ... various riches to discover during your stay in Crozon. This independent holiday home will seduce you with its incredible view from the terrace on the moor and the La Palue beach below.

You will be charmed by the soft tones of the house and its many functional storage spaces.

It consists of a bright living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, and a living room with fireplace with direct access to the terrace.

A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and the bathroom with walk-in shower complete the ground floor. Upstairs the children's room has 3 single beds (90cmx200cm), the last bedroom includes 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed as well as a bathroom. The garden of over 2000mÂČ, a true haven of peace, will be conducive to contemplating nature and, in the hottest hours, napping in the shade of the trees.

At the end of the garden a small private path will allow you to reach the beach on foot.

We had a great time and enjoyed our vacation very much but we did not find the house in the perfect state that previous reviews suggest. Check in/out time was very flexible, that was really positive. Some explanation regarding how to dispose of the household trash world be good. For us, the house was not easy to find. The description said „volets bleus“ but they are green. The first picture on FeWo is not the actual house. The house is on the second picture. The WLAN code sent from FeWo is not correct. The correct one can be found by pressing the info button on the router. Plage de La Palue is wonderful.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung mit riesigem Garten. Zu Fuß 10 Minuten an den Strand. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir werden wieder kommen!

Tolles Haus, ideal fĂŒr einen Strandurlaub gelegen, nur wenige Meter vom Parkplatz zum Strand La Palue entfernt. Ruhig, sauber, schöne Terrasse in einem großem Garten. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Und in Neopren und Board in der Hand unkompliziert und schnell an den Strand zu kommen, war genial. Keine Parkplatzsuche, keine lange Wanderung zum Strand nötig, herrlich. Weitere StĂ€nde sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wunderschönes Haus, nicht auf Anhieb zu finden da in zweiter Reihe. Voll ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. FußlĂ€ufig zum Surfstrand, ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg - also gut mit dem Brett unterm Arm zu machen. Es fĂŒhrt auch eine Schotterstraße hinunter, so dass man große Teile des Weges auch mit dem Fahrrad zurĂŒcklegen könnte. Sehr herzliche Kommunikation sowohl mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort wie auch mit der Vermieterin. Wir haben sofort wieder fĂŒrs nĂ€chste Jahr gebucht...

Superbe lieu Maison conforme Literie confortableMais... les extérieurs ( magnifiques) ne sont pas du tout entretenusLe mobilier extérieur est à l'avenant, le banc est rouillé et il manque une latte, les transats de jardin dangereux tant ils sont usés Idem pour le parasol et le séchoir à linge !!!

Séjour trÚs agréable

Nous avons été trÚs bien reçus par Fati qui a aussi été à l'écoute de notre demande concernant le départ du gßte (encore merci !). Celui-ci est équipé de tout le matériel nécessaire. Nous avons adoré sa situation à proximité d'une plage superbe et du chemin des douaniers.

Traumhafter Ort in der Bretagne

Das Haus liegt wunderbar gelegen, ganz in der NÀhe des traumhaften Strandes von La Palue. Das Haus ist gut zu finden, schön eingerichtet und die Kommunikation war immer super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est idĂ©alement placĂ©e par rapport Ă  la plage, suffisamment Ă©loignĂ©e pour ne pas entendre les voitures sur le parking, mais assez prĂšs pour y aller Ă  pied. Les paysages autour de la maison sont magnifiques. IdĂ©al pour la randonnĂ©e. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, elle serait peut-ĂȘtre un peu juste pour 6 adultes, comme nous le prĂ©voyions. Heureusement, nous n’étions finalement que 3. TrĂšs bonne communication avec Mme Mottet

Maison confortable dans un environnement exceptionnel

Bon accueil par Fati qui prĂ©pare parfaitement la maison et prend le temps de laisser quelques conseils et indications sur la presque Ăźle. La plage Ă  3 mn Ă  pieds est magnifique, sauvage et prĂ©servĂ©e, avec une lumiĂšre changeante au fil de la journĂ©e. Le gr34 permet de dĂ©couvrir en prenant son temps. Si comme nous vous avez la chance d ĂȘtre prĂ©sents le 14 juillet, allez voir le feu d artifice tirĂ© sur la plage de Morgat.

Quel emplacement !

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la maison et avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement qui est assez exceptionnel. AccÚs à la plage de la Palue a pieds, voisinage charmant. Nous reviendrons !

Emplacement idéal

La maison est confortable et bien équipée, Fati qui nous a accueilli est d'une grande gentillesse, et l'emplacement est idéal pour explorer les sentiers cÎtiers de la presqu'ile de Crozon. Départs de randonnées en partant à pied de la maison (grand plage de La Palue à 5 minutes à pied), ou accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture.

Gutes Haus in toller Lage

Kleines aber gut ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schöner Terrasse, riesigem Garten und tollem Blick. Sehr nah am Strand! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zur HaushĂ€lterin waren schnell und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus nahe La Palue

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier und sind von der Lage begeistert. Das Haus ist fĂŒr 4 Personen geeignet. Schöner Terrasse und Garten. Was fehlt sind gemĂŒtlich Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer. KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Sicher ein Haus fĂŒr die Sommermonate. Wandernwege fĂŒhren vom Haus entlang der KĂŒste.

Fabuleux

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines merveilleuses avec nos deux enfants (1 & 4 ans) dans cette maison. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ©e. C’est Ă  moins de 15 minutes Ă  pied de la plage, parfait pour combiner surf et petits enfants. Nous pouvons la recommander chaleureusement mĂȘme si tout est in peu vieux. La maison est propre, la cuisine trĂšs bien equipĂ©e, le jardin et l‘environnement manifique! Il n’y a pas d’une clĂŽture. Peut-ĂȘtre c’est bon Ă  savoir avec des enfants petits. Pendant notre sĂ©jour le contact avec Fati Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able et elle a reponsĂ© rapidement Ă  toutes nos questions. Merci pour vos accueil chaleureux! Nous sommes enchantĂ©s de cet endroit et aimerions revenir!
