DETAILS: This beautiful, Mediterranean-inspired 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home is located in a gated community in Miramar Beach - just steps from the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf Coast! 375 Rue Caribe is ideal for a large family, offering many full bathrooms, kitchenettes, a spacious private pool, and Gulf views from every balcony. The first floor has 2 separate his-and-her bathrooms, a laundry room, mudroom, pool room with flat-screen TV, and a bunk room with queen-over-queen bunks.

The main level is on the second floor and hosts a recently renovated kitchen with all-white finishes and stainless-steel appliances. It opens up to an elegant dining room with seating for 10, a wet bar with additional appliances, and an expansive living room. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, a sprawling balcony with an outdoor dining table and Gulf views. There is also an additional sitting room down the hall and an adjacent bunk nook with queen-over-queen bunks and a bathroom.

The remaining guest rooms are located on the third floor. The luxurious primary suite features a king bed, high-end decor, private balcony, and primary bathroom. The last 3 bedrooms all feature king beds as well.

Very Relaxing w/ all accomdations

We bave stayed here several Times. You will find no better accommodations in total for this price in a gated community. This close to all action and restaurants. All aspects from the gate check in to the beach services could not have been better. I highly recommend. Our party ranged from 80 years old to 18 years old and the elevator took care of everyone’s needs.

Beautiful home

Beautiful house, many places for family and friends to gather in the home, and many places to have privacy. Home right on the beach with tree pool is the way to go.

Dirty outside around pool. Pool needs replastered. Paint cans all in the garage not safe for children. Window air conditioning was awful bedrooms were not cool. Refrigerator needs replaced. One of the bedrooms the comforter looked like someone had sex on it and left their tracks. Windows in bathrooms did not all have blinds on them some were in the showers where anyone next door could see . Cushions on patio furniture was tore with holes in it old.

Great Private Beach Getaway

There is a lot of room in this house. As a family of 6 we didn’t even use a few of the rooms. Definitely could/should allow for more than 8. The pool was great and beach was private. Kitchen is tiny but has a door open to the beach which was nice.

Our family loved the home. The beach is wonderful. Great vacation What you see and read on comments are true All very good. My kids are above the age of 18. All King size beds were a great fit for all 5 of us. Pool was a definite plus and the beach, steps away. Perfect. The views are mesmerizing.

Fabulous stay

The house was beautiful and in a great location. The pool was perfect for our party. The beds were comfortable. The management team was very responsive. The absolute best vacation for our group. My only constructive feedback is the beach doesn’t allow for tents you almost have to rent the beach chairs. We had our own chairs and it was an ordeal but we worked it out.

Framily vacation 2022

The home met my expectations, which are very high. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The living and dining areas allowed for everyone to be as together or alone as desired. The outdoor/pool area was very nice. The kitchen is small, so no more than two people would work at a time, but we didn't do much cooking. The layout of the first level is a bit odd, but just fine for teens/ young adults, lucky to be a guest here. We will have fond memories!!

We were unable to use the pool for 4 days due to algae and the mechanical issues. The air conditioner was broken for the 3rd floor bedrooms. We were unable to sleep in our rooms for one night.

Emerald Coast Bliss

This property was just great. Beautifully decorated & most comfortable. Access to the beach & a private heated pool made it a relaxing stay. While we didn’t use it much, the elevator came in handy when carting luggage from garage to 3rd floor. Big plus!!!! Only 2 concerns….1. the 3rd floor balcony needs to be shored up. A small area in corner seems unsafe. Aside from taking in the views, we didn’t spend any time on it. 2. I understand insects are everywhere, but it surprised me to see several large insects on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We’d definitely stay again!

Nicest place I've ever stayed!

This rental is absolutely stunning. It's pricey but worth every penny. Perfect for a family getaway. Tastefully decorated, clean, gorgeous views. The elevator came in handy too because three stories can take a toll on your knees. The kitchen is surprisingly small, but it didn't hamper our at home meal making. Two beach chairs/umbrella come with the rental and it's totally worth it to rent more chairs - and you get a discount for renting them for more than one day. It's a little intimidating turning left out of the neighborhood because the road is very busy, but you get used to it. It is also tricky getting an Uber or Lyft because you're never sure if the driver is going to be able to get in the neighborhood/be willing to go back to the rental because it's at the back of the neighborhood. There were no coffee filters when we arrived, which was annoying but not a big deal. We highly recommend and would return tomorrow if we could!

Family vacay

We loved the location and the private beach. The house was clean when we arrived. The pool area could use some TLC. The area for washing off after the beach was a little challenging with a 3 and 2 year old. It was at the bottom of tiled steps. We did have a few issues through out the week that were addressed quickly by 360. A couple of things I would have like to have known ahead of arrival. The first floor bathroom does not have access from inside the house. Wasn’t a big deal for us because the person staying in the bunk room on that floor was 22. Could be and issue for people with younger kids. Two chairs, umbrella and a table are included with the house and are set up for you every morning. Didn’t find this out until later in our stay. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway for 40th Birthday

I cannot say enough about this house, and the location! The location was perfect; literally steps from the beach. The pool was amazing; definitely one of the largest ones we saw on beachfront property. The fact that it also overlooked the beach was a huge bonus! The amenities of the house were impressive as well. Very clean, plenty of cooking supplies. One of the fun surprises not showcased in the pictures was a gaming table (old school Pac Man, Frogger etc). Such a cool surprise since we were there with family/friends celebrating my husband's 40th birthday, and it was a fun nostalgic touch. We did find that the kitchen was a bit small and a bit closed off from the rest of the house so not as conducive to multiple people cooking at a time, but that was so minor compared to the spacious house, beautiful views and other amenities. The two bunk rooms are small, and just for sleeping. Ideal for older kids, but likely wouldn't recommend them for toddlers like we had with us. The location was just before you get to the Sandestin area, so it was right past all of the main Destin traffic and road construction and a very quick easy drive to Sandestin or even out to Santa Rosa beach. I would highly recommend this house. We hope to come back and stay again soon!

Family Vacay

Despite a rocky start, my family and I enjoyed a nice 4 night stay at this property. Let me first just say that if you are planning to stay for less than a week, even if VRBO allows you to make this reservation, don’t do it! The HOA of Caribe limits rentals to no less than one week. We spent 1 1/2 hrs not knowing if we were going to be allowed to stay upon check in. In the end we were allowed to stay. Tip: If you have to get in touch with 360 Blue, try the live chat. You will never get through by phone! The positives: the location, easy beach access and plenty of beds for my family. The negatives: the floors were filthy, the bottom floor a/c didn’t work, the kitchen was apartment size and 2 of the 6 baths were on the bottom floor with the only access being through the garage or the pool deck. There are two bunk rooms. One is on the lower floor with no bathroom access except through the garage and the other only has access to a half bath on the 2nd floor. On paper, this rental looks perfect for a crowd, but the layout makes little sense and there is much wasted space. My family didn’t let the negatives get in our way of a long overdue trip together, but I will likely not return to this particular rental.

Perfect combination

This is a beautiful home with so many unique features for this area! We enjoyed our family vacation here tremendously. We had four adults and two kids (ages 4 and 2). The home seems to have been recently remodeled. All the linens, rugs and furniture was excellent quality and very comfortable. The kitchen had a decent amount of cooking tools (plenty for us anyway), but the quality of the pans was horrible. However, I have yet to find ANY rental that has good pans, so I always bring or buy one. Unique features that really stood out on this home: 1) Heated pool - I have been in many “heated” pools that were barely that. This one was sooooo warm and perfect! 2) The Front Yard - this was amazing with two small kiddos! When we needed a break from the sun or just a change of scenery, it was so nice to have this *gated* and shady space for them to run around in. This is so rare for a beach property. Usually yards are tiny, not gated or contain the pool. This separate space is a gem. 3) Plenty of parking space! No other house in the neighborhood had this much parking space. Nice when you have multiple family members driving in separately. 4) Location - you really can beat ON the gulf with a pool. The home is also adjacent to the beach walkover. We loved having that easy access. 5) Use of the elevator. A lot of rentals will lock off the elevator except for disabled use. With three stories and a lot of baby gear (lol!), this was much appreciated! 6) Queen size bunk beds - These custom built-ins are not at all like a regular bunk. The large size and plenty of overhead clearance on the bottom bunk make them comfortable for even an adult. My only complaint was regarding one of the bathrooms. They called prior to our arrival to say that one of the tub handles was broken and asked if it would be okay to fix it during our stay. We said yes; however, no one came to fix it. It was the Jack and Jill bathroom. We made it work because the kiddos just shared our master bathroom, but if you had adults in those rooms, it could have been very inconvenient. All in all, the small things did not effect our overall satisfaction with this property. It is a gorgeous, unique home. We loved the neighborhood, location and amenities. It was the perfect combination for us. You could not ask for more!

Family Vacation

This was a great house for our family vacation. So convenient to the beach and having the private pool was really nice. Although there were a lot of steps in the house, would not recommend if you have elderly family members.

Family vacation

The property was nice. It was beautifully decorated, however there were several maintenance issues while we were there (ac, hot water, cabinets) that were all fixed just nuisances. It is definitely not a new property and the homes age shows. You can’t beat the location / beach access and views. My 2 year old loved the pool! Beach chairs should have been included for the price of the house. They are nearly $200 extra to rent for the week.

Great House, Great Location!

Although we didn’t leave the development, the fact that is a closed neighborhood in front of the beach with a very nice size pool made our stay very pleasant. Very responsive property management team!
