There is a fully equipped kitchen for family meals, a grand living room, and the extra living area downstairs was built for fun. The main level pool and spa are wonderfully situated for optimal access and peaceful privacy. There is a wonderful lanai for outside dining which is surrounded by lush landscaping.

This home really has it all! Not only is it beautifully furnished with all the extra touches, but you will also find 6 TVs, 4 DVD players,
a gas grill, washer and dryer, high-speed internet access, and an elevator.

Reviewer Comments: Imagine arriving in beautiful Captiva, only to find out the house you rented no longer has a pool, the grill doesn’t work, there’s construction all around, and, just to top it off, they’re literally roofing your vacation home.Enter Albert from American Realty Group of Captiva. Within hours, he found our party of 12 the most incredible house. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of beach toys to keep the kids entertained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to fantastic restaurants and the beach.Albert turned what could have been a vacation disaster into one of our best trips yet. I can’t recommend the house, or American Realty enough.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, comfortableness, and warmth of a home. My wife and I had stayed there in April with our daughters and their families. Each time many wonderful memories were made from the youngest( 2 year old twins) to the oldest( me 75 years old). Know that this will make a whole memory for all.I would like to say a big thank you to American Realty for leaving the lights on for us that first night. It was very comforting to arrive and not be in darkness. Again thank you for going that extra mile.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to Endless Summer for the first time since December of 2015. It was great then, and it is great now. The basement and other impacted places have been fully updated after the damage from the hurricane.The hot tub and pool and the main level is perfect! What an oasis. The hot tub warms very quickly and the pool stays at a great temp for year round swimming. The home is well appointed and has plenty of space. The beach chairs, wagon, and toys were great for the kiddos. The hurricane wiped out the rear fence, but they are growing some thick vegetation for privacy, which was not a concern at all for us. Not having the fence was actually great because you can walk to Andy Rosse Lane very quickly now. The beach is a brief 5 minute walk from the driveway down the private road.The only concern we had was the a/c in the master bedroom. I let management know so hopefully that gets resolved. We would come back.

Reviewer Comments: Positives: kitchen well-equipped except only 2 steak knives, clean interior, good location, responsive staff, mostly well-furnished, pool and patio were nice.Improvement needed: exterior grounds need attention, front steps and landing need painting, railing is loose, living room furniture is worn and uncomfortable, elevator is out of order (we were told ahead of time), both living area commodes were running every few minutes, ice maker didn’t work. We left a list of suggestions in the guest book. *NOTE: A 10% rental discount was offered during July. Because we booked early in February, we weren’t afforded the discount. We felt we were penalized for booking early.

Since 1985 we’ve stayed at various rentals on Captiva, the sizes of houses getting larger as our family grew. Endless Summer was by far our best accommodation. With 5 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms located over three floors, everyone enjoyed privacy—yet the large kitchen, family. room and living room allowed us plenty of room for family times. The elevator came in handy —mostly for transporting the luggage of 10 people. The interior is smartly decorated and furnished and the pool, though small, was enjoyed by all after returning from the beach. Even though it’s conveniently located to various restaurants and stores, it’s very quiet. There was also room for 4 vehicles, plus a large golf cart. The only downside was the grill quit after one use, but it was replaced within a couple of days. We’ve already reserved the place for next July!

Quiet neighborhood. This was nice having 3 levels of sleeping arrangements to accommodate our family of 12! We enjoyed our vacation and hope to come back soon!

Endless Summer

Overall we were very happy with the house. Can’t beat the location. We had an issue with the glass fire screen shattering (had safety glass) when using the fireplace. However maintenance responded promptly to the problem. I assume the problem has been dealt with.
