Just steps away from the blue water beaches and in the heart of Captiva Village is this luxury home featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 ensuite bathrooms, 4 balconies, a heated pool, infinity hot tub, gourmet kitchen, laundry room, large dining table, outdoor eating areas, outdoor grilling area and a covered bar by the pool. This home also has a elevator if anyone in your party needs assistance with the stairs.

Captiva Attitudes has 4 king beds and 3 queen beds. Your rental includes all linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a beach cart ... for no additional fee!

The gourmet kitchen features a 6 burner gas stove, granite countertops, 2 large refrigerators, dishwasher, wall oven and two sinks. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and other kitchen essentials.

With over 4,000 square feet of professionally decorated living space, this luxury vacation home has been well stocked with your needs in mind.

Andy Rosse Lane is the heart of Captiva Island and just steps away from beach, the bay, island grocery market, coffee/ice cream store, watercraft rentals, golf cart rentals, fishing charters, an art gallery and world-renowned restaurants.

Amazing Tuscan style mansion a half block from the ocean! Pool was amazingly warm and with a hot tub as well. Spacious and luxurious accommodations. Delightful vacation spot, I hope we will return some day!

Beautiful property

The set up of the house was fantastic. We did have some issues with the pool at first but Lee the property manager took great care of us. I have been using Vrbo for years and my experience with Lee was above and beyond what I have dealt with in the past. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Getaway!

We had the BEST time this past week at Captiva Attitudes! We had 3 families who all shared the house and it was the perfect amount of space and amenities. The location was perfect and the kids loved the pool! Our hosts Lee and Bonnie were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Fantastic experience!

The house was amazing. Well stocked with everything we needed. It is huge and a lot of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was so relaxing. House is located close to everything. Lee and Bonnie are amazing hosts! Responded to questions withing minutes. We will definitely stay there again. It felt like island life. We loved every minute of our stay.

Beach trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything including beach chairs, towels, and paper products. The location was perfect right on the Main Street in Captiva within short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lee was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend this property when staying in Captiva. Can’t wait to come back

We’re very proud of our housekeeping staff who consistently deliver a spic&span house, and of course to Bonnie, who watches over them and makes sure all the paper products, detergents, soaps, trash bags, coffee & filters get put out properly. Beautiful house and property, exactly as pictured . Location was fantastic. Lee and Bonnie were wonderful and accommodating to any need that we had. Property Manager Great

The house is wonderful and location perfect. Lee the property manager goes over and above meeting you at the house to go over the and answers your questions. The pool was set at 90 degrees and the hot tub was 102 which made a cool temperature week still a wonderful week of vacation.

One word, Amazing!

This is a beautiful spacious house just a few houses from the beach. Excellent location, close to restaurants, a marina, the beautiful beach. The house has a large well equipped kitchen, a bathroom for every bedroom and elevator and a beautiful pool. The managers were great to work with, communicated often, and answered all of our questions. I can not say enough good things about our stay.
