Sea Front Apartment Exceptional view

Apartment of 66m2 on the 2nd floor with elevator of a quiet residence at the foot of the beach with 3 balconies all with sea views. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with two balconies with sea view, a bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms, one bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed and the second with a 160 double bed and a balcony with sea view. Separate WC. Sea view from all rooms including the kitchen.
Travel cot with mattress available.
Very well equipped apartment.
Owner on site in residence.
Public parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
20 minutes from downtown on foot.
If cleaning is not carried out, a fee of 70 euros will be charged on the day of departure. A deposit of € 500 will also be required when booking as a deposit.

Bon accueil, superbe vue sur l'océan. Emplacement idéal! À proximité des commerces et des endroits à visiter. En revanche le logement est vieillissant. Pas de parking dans l'immeuble, l'ascenseur ne va pas jusqu'au garage au sous-sol, ce qui rend les déplacements compliqués, notamment pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. À recommander tout de même.

Un très bon sejour ! :)

Merci à Catherine (et à son très prévenant beau-frère, sur place, et à la charmante dame à l'appartement en dessous qui nous a aussi été très agréable) : le séjour était vraiment très dépaysant et une vraie bulle d'oxygène. On reviendra avec grand plaisir si possible (en espérant sincèrement qu'il n'y ai pas de soucis avec la nouvelle machine à laver, car l'ancienne nous a laché au bout de 2 jours et c'était vraiment compliqué pour une famille de 6 personnes avec des enfants sans machine). Merci encore pour ce très agréable séjour.

Paradis à Cabourg

Cabourg est un coin de Paradis et cet appartement tres confortable permet d'en profiter pleinement . Vue sur mer depuis toutes les pièces, balcons pour profiter du soleil levant et couchant, je recommande cette location. Marie Claude

Tolle Lage!

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung wirkt zusammengewürfelt, aber es ist von allem reichlich vorhanden, Die Lage versöhnt sowieso mit allem: erste Reihe an der Promenade, nur raus und sofort am Strand! Die Wohnung hat drei (!) Balkone, alle mit Meerblick: Sonnenaufgang, Sonnenuntergang, alles zu sehen. Super! Es gibt 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten, was für eine Familie passt, für zwei Paare könnte es insgesamt etwas eng werden. Die Appartementanlage wird gut gepflegt und liegt am östlichen Rand von Cabourg. Ins Zentrum und damit auch zum nächsten Bäcker sind es gut 1,5 - 2 km, ebenso zum großen Carrefour. Ein Fahhrad tut hier gute Dienste für das tägliche Baguette. Ein kleines Minus war die Endreinigung. Auf FeWo war die Möglichkeit beschrieben, für 70 EUR die Endreinigung abzugeben. Das stimmt allerdings nicht. Die Reinigung ist selbst zu machen. Die Vermieterin wusste davon anscheinend nichts und will diesen Satz streichen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Mdm Candillon war unkompliziert und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Sie war auch sehr bemüht, uns deutschsprachiges Infomaterial zu besorgen. Die Übergabe klappte problemlos und als Willkommensgruß erwartete uns une douzaine des huîtres im Kühlschrank! Merci bien! Ein ebenerdiger Parkplatz ist Nähe beim Haus, das Parken ist also auch für größere PKW oder Vans kein Problem. Unser kleiner Hund war willkommen, kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

l 'appartement est très agréable de toutes les pièces nous avons la vue sur la mer, proximité de la plage. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux. La télé ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien. , certaines chaines n'étaient pas visibles.

Kann man empfehlen für Freunde des Meeres und dem maritimen Flair....von allen 3 Balkonen kann man das Meer sehen und hören. Vermieterin sehr nett und unkompliziert...gerne wieder

Endroit très calme, appartement agréable, vue sur la mer magnifique. Mais! rien au alentour pour une famille avec enfants devoir aller faire les courses à 3 km .... Il devrait y avoir au moins un dépôt boulangerie dans les bâtiment ça faciliterait déjà beaucoup de personnes.
