Molette de fermeture intérieure du verrou entrée cassée et corrodéePas de lumière extérieure. L'agence nous fournit une ampoule mais tout le système est à changer à cause de la corrosion.Barbecue inutilisable il sert de poubelle et la grille est très saleAgence non réactive pour résoudre les problèmes

Très bien située mais vétuste

Quartier très calme, très bien située, jardin ok mais l'intérieur de cette maison semble provenir d'un vide grenier, voire pire...Tout est dépareillé, vieux, parfois sale...La salle de bain est neuve, mais l'absence de joint de la paroi de douche en fait une pateaugeoire. Une partie de la hotte est tombée pendant que je cuisinais.... le portail ferme difficilement, la clé de la sdb ne fonctionne pas. Le dévidoir des toilettes est cassé, la brosse est vieille et malodorante, le salon de jardin est hors d'âge et rouillé sous le plateau. Les accessoires du barbecue sont rouillés donc inutilisables...Le lave vaisselle n'est pas installé dans la cuisine mais dans l'entrée de la maison. On a du transporter la vaisselle dans une bassine entre la cuisine et l'entrée... bref, l'agence a été très pro et réactive et a fait passer un technicien pour la hotte tres rapidement.... vraiment dommage car avec un minimum de budget, cette maison serait une veritable pépite !!!

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön und für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern gut geeignet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und eins ist nur mit einem Vorhang getrennt. Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dünen sind in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und das Meer ist 10 Minuten über einen Holzsteg zu erreichen.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, tranquilité et espace, nous étions 6 en famille et un chien.
