A unique opportunity to rent a beautifully renovated, Victorian on W Main street in downtown Franklin. The "Rhodes-House" home is on the National Register of Historic Places and 2 blocks from all of the attractions! Stroll to all the charm!

Franklin is considered the number one small town in Tennessee and also made the top 10 on Southern Living’s ‘Best Small Town’ list. Experience this sweet community and southern hospitality, while enjoying the history, upscale shopping, dining and live entertainment…all just a leisurely stroll down Main Street...with Sweet CeCe's Yogart and Starbucks being your first two stops.

This home is ideal for a romantic escape, in-town vacation, weekend with friends, wedding party or vacation for the whole family. Our home has also been utilized for photo and video shoots, so let your imagination run wild! If you are a fan of Brownland Farm, we are also conveniently located within a couple of miles. Our home is also on every major parade route, so be sure and check into Franklin festivals and parades.

The house features twelve foot ceilings, four bedrooms and two baths with over 2600 sq ft of living space and 4 fireplaces. The kitchen is stocked with all of your everyday needs and includes an enormous pantry and fully equipped laundry room.

At the end of the day, relax on the patio in the private backyard or enjoy the people watching on the front porch swing. The home includes a 50” HDTV for your entertainment enjoyment and a unique collection of vinyl records for your listening pleasure.

The home sits on a rare and level double lot and is professionally landscaped. There is a 2 car garage and private driveway in the rear with additional street parking in the front. A Weber gas grill is also available during the spring, summer and fall. There are 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 1 double/full). An optional inflatable queen bed will allow for two additional guests.

This house is truly a gem and has a character all it's own...we look forward to sharing it with you.

The location and ease of this property was wonderful! We walked to Franklin often and really enjoyed the location. The owners were kind and made the stay very easy! It is an old historic house so there are creaks and character that make it a fun place to stay. Our only suggestion is the property could use some upkeep on the outside and some freshening up of furniture and paint on the inside. The beds were very comfortable

The location can't be beat. Walkable to historic Franklin. A quick drive to many other sites. The house is very spacious inside. Plenty of places to sit and hang out. The kitchen is well stocked. Each bedroom is large. There is off street parking. We loved swinging on the porch swing watching the world go by.

Roomy and close to town

Great location and fun to stay in such a historic home. Coffee bar and plenty of supplies made for an easy stay. Off street parking was great and kept our vehicles safe and easy to get to.
