This apartment is located in the chalet-style residence "Le Blanchot", in the Servages district, at the foot of the Timalets slope, 1 km from the village center. On the 3rd floor of the residence, this 40 m² apartment offers three separate sleeping spaces to accommodate 4/6 people, with a bedroom, an alcove and a sleeping mezzanine (h <1.80m) a living room with kitchenette, bathroom bathroom separate wc. Its west balcony offers a magnificent view of the Aravis range.

The Timalets piste, equipped with snow cannons, gives you direct access to the carroz gondola and guarantees a return on skis. If you want to extend your ski day and practice night skiing, the timalet track is lit several times a week.
