Myrtle's Place - Gorgeous 1941 fullt uppdaterad Beach Cottage, 4 bäddar, Dock '

På Myrtle's Place kan du njuta av soluppgångar, fantastiska solnedgångar och glädjen med bara 99 steg till stranden och 66 steg till din brygga. Det finns fantastisk utsikt över kanalen från fastighetens främre däck. Den här hamnfastigheten är det perfekta läget för att göra långvariga minnen för familjesemester.

Myrtle's Place är en traditionell strandstuga från 1941 som helt har uppdaterats 2019 av en lokal designer som ger alla de senaste komfortfunktionerna samtidigt som de behåller den ursprungliga klassiska upplevelsen av strandstugan. Fantastiskt kök har uppdaterats med alla klockor och visselpipor. Bänkskivan är betong med sand och havsglas från Carolina Beach i den. På natten kan du slå på det blå glasfunktionen och titta på bänkskivan glödande, som kommer till liv när det ger känslan av havet inuti.

BÅTDOCKEN är framför fastigheten tvärs över gatan (ca 30 sekunders promenad) delas detta med vår granne. Kraft och vatten till kajen ingår. Sittplatser finns nu på kajen.

Atlanten ligger 3 minuters promenad. Många strandartiklar, stolar, leksaker osv finns tillgängliga för gästerna att använda.

En vacker klassisk strandstuga från 1941 laddad med stil och karaktär. Jag är den tredje ägaren sommaren 2017 och hade tidigare ägts av Myrtle som gick 2006, ärvt av sin son Bob. För att respektera deras minne heter det nu "Myrtle's Place". Många sa till mig att du måste slå ner det och bygga en enorm ny byggnad som förklarar att det kommer att vara en bättre investering snarare än ombyggnadskostnader. Jag älskar karaktären och berättelsen om Myrtle's Beach Cottage och var fast besluten att behålla karaktären. Konstruktionen anpassades kontinuerligt under hela den återuppbyggda ansträngningen som tog över 12 månader (slutförd maj 2019), alltid med tanke på balansen mellan moderna bekvämligheter för gästerna och bibehålla den ursprungliga klassiska strandstugan karaktär. Så många av dessa äldre stugor har gått för alltid, men Myrtle's Place lever vidare ...

Love Myrtles Place!

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children. It’s actually much bigger than you would think from looking at the pics. Great location and an easy walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking dinners a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed the fenced back yard and being able to bring our fur babies along for the trip! Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the story of Myrtle and keeping her legacy alive! Cute comfortable cottage. We would have liked more in the kitchen but we cook A LOT!!! The owner is the sweetest! So enjoyed our time with our family!

Great location and dog friendly

We enjoyed our week at Myrtles Place. The home had lots of character and space for 4 couples and 3 dogs. Very pet friendly with hardwood floors and a fenced yard. Great location to enjoy Carolina Beach! The owner was very quick with communication and always available and helpful. Thank you for a great vacation!

Graduation weekend

We came down for UNC-W graduation.Myrtles place was great. It was about 20ish minutes from UNC-W and at the beach. There were 8 of us and a small dog and the place fit us perfectly. Everything was neat and clean. The host answered our questions quickly and was very accommodating. When we come back down we plan to stay here again.

Very nice, quirky and comfortable

Myrtle's place was a great place to enjoy the beach as well as kayaking and paddle boarding on the bay. Loved how old and new was blended in the rehab. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and beds were comfortable. Watch out for Josie the pirate hanging out on the back porch!

Family Beach vacation

We rented Myrtle's Place for my brother, sister-in-law and their 2 kids college age. They loved it! The house was clean, very well-appointed and gave everyone their own space. It was only 2 blocks to the beach and the owners are lovely people who are easy to reach with questions. I would highly recommend Myrtle's Place!

Perfect!

Beautifully restored beach house! So much room! So pet friendly and just steps to your dock for your boat. I love how they kept with the 1940’s original house and made so many restorative upgrades. Love the history on the wall that tells the story and Josie was a plus! Ended up just being 3 of us and enjoyed it so much.

Myrtle’s Place was the Perfect Holiday Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday getaway, clean, safe in the unprecedented times and comfy. Jessica was great to work with and the property was perfect for our family and fur babies. A short walk to the beach and the sunsets didn’t disappoint. What brought us the most joy, the Turtle we affectionately called Myrtle the Turtle. Very fun and playful. Our first visit to Carolina Beach and won’t be our last.

Sunsets and sunrises!

Loved our stay at Myrtles Place! Perfect location for watching sunsets on the canal, and a block away from the beach. Plenty of space for friends or guests. Fenced in yard for our dog. Responsive owners- the laundry machine broke and they had it replaced next day. Open kitchen, wood details and charm throughout. You can tell the home was lovingly restored. Will def stay here again!

Great house and location to beach, pier, and downtown. Easy to child proof for littles!

We enjoyed a few nights at Myrtle’s Place before Memorial Day. The house was a great location to the beach, pier, downtown, and more. The lounge off the queen bedroom was perfect for our toddler to stay close but have her own room. We were able to childproof the house pretty easily with outlet plugs, stove knob covers, door knob covers, cabinet locks, and moving breakables to a high shelf. I appreciated that all TVs (with the exception of the lounge off the queen room) were mounted to the wall. We wound up removing the TV from there and putting in an unused room. If you want to maximize time at Myrtle’s, Uber Eats and Instacart happily delivers to this location. P.S. If visiting in the spring, please note that the Ferris wheel, rides, and many restaurants are only open Thurs–Sun during the off season.

Amazing!!

Myrtle’s Place is the most amazing place I have rented at the beach! Jessica is an amazing person. She was very quick to respond to any request and questions I had. We stayed for a long weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. We were able to bring our dogs and Myrtle’s Place accommodated all! It’s beautiful, spacious and just perfect! The dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard that allowed them some freedom and the children had room to run and play! The adults were able to enjoy watching the fur babies and the children while relaxing on the patio. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and brought back memories of my grandparents home with the antique doors. We all were memorized with the ocean light on the kitchen counter. The dock on canal was awesome. The teenagers were able to use the cast net and all of us were able to enjoy fishing in the Canal. It was a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for parking! Our entire family said they wanted to come back to Myrtle’s Place!! One of the grandchild said they want to live there! Very clean and comfortable home. Just absolutely amazing!!!

Fun and easy getaway with pups in tow

This property was perfect! The rustic traditions paired with the modern upgrades made an enjoyable and relaxing environment. The location was perfect with access to the water area across the street for kayaking and the beach sand an easy walk to play and bask in the sun. Fun to read the history of this sweet cottage and how the memory and history was preserved. Really accommodating place to bring the dogs too. Host was quick to respond super kind.

Family beach trip

Myrtle’s place is absolutely lovely! A spacious kitchen living area combination provided plenty of comfortable space for everyone. Nice sized bedrooms with very comfy beds. Location is convenient. Nice fenced back yard, which was great for the dogs(They strongly approved of this property)
