Cutest Cottage on the Beach- FREE WIFI and Laundry Included sleeps 5
Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Includes 2 queen and 1 twin beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are all bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. We provide a washer and dryer. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.
**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a Max if 5 total.
We also do not allow pets or smoking.

What makes this property unique
We have always placed an emphasis on health and safety for our guests. I personally inspect and help clean kitchens and guest rooms for cleanliness. A high standard of cleanliness is in my DNA.
The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to raise our demanding standards to an even higher level with new protocols for the current circumstances.
When guests check into our homes over the next few months, they will notice a number of additions to our cleaning regimen designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness as well as modifications to protocols developed to be consistent with recommended social distancing guidelines.
We don’t know when the COVID-19 pandemic will be over or when our lives will return to some sort of normalcy. But we want our guests to know that we are ready to welcome them back to a safe and clean environment.
