'¡El espacio supera las fotos!' es el comentario más utilizado por nuestros invitados. Hemos hecho un esfuerzo adicional en todos los aspectos y ahora está dando sus frutos. El espacio es perfecto para una fiesta o un grupo grande o familias: estamos a 10 minutos de la estación de metro Turnpike Lane, a 15-20 minutos de todas las principales atracciones de Londres y aún puedes disfrutar de un entorno idílico y tranquilo para cuando quieras para relajarse por las tardes.

COMPRAS:

- A la mayoría de los turistas les encanta Wood Green High Street, ya que está a 5 minutos de nuestra casa y tiene todas las tiendas de la calle principal, incluidas Primark, Next, TK MAXX. River Island, H&M, Marks & Spencers, etc., etc..

- Para ir de compras en boutiques, recomiendo Crouch End, ya sea 20 minutos a pie o tomar el autobús 41. Aquí es donde viven todos los tipos de medios y artistas, y hay algunas tiendas fabulosas y razonables para encontrar verdaderas gangas.

Hay muchos parques cerca de aquí. Finsbury Park es nuestro favorito. También hay Brentpark, Clissold Park, Hampstead Heath o Highgate. TURISMO:

Estamos a solo 20 minutos del centro de Londres, por lo que sea lo que sea que desee hacer, todo es muy accesible.

Espero que te dé un sabor de la zona y lo que sea posible. Somos una familia irlandesa que vive en Londres, tengo gemelas de 5 y 1/2 años, estamos muy acostumbrados a las visitas y el trabajo de mis sueños, que estoy seguro nunca sucederá, sería abrir un B&B boutique sirviendo comida fabulosa. El transporte público es fácil. Estás a 5 minutos de la estación de metro de la línea Piccadilly, también puedes tomar el autobús 29 hacia la ciudad desde fuera de la estación de metro, estamos a 10 minutos en autobús desde la estación de tren Tottenham Hale, que conecta con el aeropuerto de Stansted y Stratford, y que estamos bastante céntricos, con enlaces de autobús, metro y tren, llegar a donde necesita ir no debería ser un problema

Stay in London

We were pleased with our stay in London. The breakfast items provided were good and the hosts did a good job in providing for our individuals who had food issues. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had an issue. The house was very close to the Tube which made transportation very affordable for our group. The only problem we had was that the dryer would not get clothes dry without running it for an extraordinarily long time.

Great space, great location

We had a wonderful time in London and were very happy to have this home to come back to at the end of the day. There was more than enough room for our family of 8 adults and 4 children, and it was very nice to have all the amenities - several of us were so happy to see actual hair dryers! Easy walk to the tube, and the outdoor area was a great add-on. Oh, and an actual clothes dryer was a luxury after spending more than a week in England without access to one - particularly after we figured out that we needed to empty the water-collecting container - not really a feature in the U.S., but we're learning. : ) Thanks for a terrific stay.

Lots of room for family!

Our family stayed here for a week while we visited London recently. This was a perfect residence for our family of eight. There was plenty of room for all of us and a spacious dining area for us all to gather. After a long two days of travel it was a pleasant surprise to see snacks and drinks already available in the kitchen. The home was in a location that made it easy to get to all the necessary areas, i.e., public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs! We had a few questions throughout the stay and the host was quick to respond every time. We would recommend this residence to anyone, especially larger family groups.

Great location

The house is a short walk to the subway which makes getting into London easy. There are also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. As a family of 11, we prepared a lot of meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked with dishes and basics like salt and pepper. Also the supply of fresh bread, cereal, cakes, fruit and juices was much appreciated when feeding 5 hungry teenagers. I would highly recommend the house. There are a lot of stairs so if you have mobility issues, I would not recommend it.

Wunderschönes Haus in hervorragender Lage

Das Haus von Orla und Titti ist wunderschön. Es ist sauber und hat sehr viel Platz. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Die Lage ist super. Supermarkt, Bank, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind alle ganz nah und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnstation ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Auch mit Gepäck kein Problem. Man kann direkt vom Flughafen ohne Umsteigen dahin. Titti war immer zu erreichen und hat uns immer gleich geholfen. Ganz lieben Dank hierfür. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

This place is perfect

We are a big family of 8 members including a child and an infant. The house is clean and spacious with many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had all the essentials. They even left for us complementary milk, juice, bread, cereal, some butter and jam and a big bowl of fruits on the table. Very generous and welcoming plus I was provided with clear instructions beforehand.

Wonderful setting for a group catch up

We stayed for 2 nights to host a hen weekend for 13 people. This house was everything we could have hoped for and really made the occasion special. Location is great for travelling, close to tube. The house was clean and spacious and fully kitted out with everything you could need. The hosts were super responsive and helpful! Fully recommend.

Lovely 3-day stay!

We didn’t get to rent the property that we originally booked due to some issues, but Orla and Titti are kind enough to accommodate us in another one of their homes. It was definitely better in terms of size and convenience because it’s very near the shops and transport hubs. On the second day, there was no hot water but Titti was there to sort it out quickly and everything was fine! They even provided us parking permits. Overall, I am very satisfied and happy with our stay. Our group had an excellent time! Thank you Orla and Titti!

Lovely house for hen party base

Stayed here with group of friends for a hen weekend. Orla and Titti did lots of special touches and decorated to make it special. 3 bathrooms was perfect for us all. And all the rooms were perfect. Lots of space. The home made brownies were very yummy. Location was great, 15 mins walk to turnpike underground. And ubers can pick up just round the corner. Parking was easy on side road too. Garden was lovely to sit in also.

Family Stay in London

This was a great property for a large group that plans a lot of site seeing. There are rest rooms on each of the three floors which makes getting ready a breeze. While the kitchen/dinning area is tight, it is perfect for getting up getting breakfast and hitting the streets for the sights. Short 6min walk to the tube system. Great place to stay!!!!

This house accommodated our family, 10 adults and a dog, perfectly. We felt at home. The kitchen was well-stocked as were the bathrooms. Beds were extraordinarily comfortable. Our Home Away From Home

This well-appointed house suited our situation perfectly! 2 grandparents, 4 parents, and 4 teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone's privacy needs; also the bathrooms were very modern and up to date as you can see from the photos online. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed for our arrival to get us through until we could hit a grocery store (which was not that far away, so we could walk to it). The courtyard in the back of the house was a great place to gather at the end of the day - plenty of privacy, and it was nice to spill out into the charming backyard for a cocktail at the end of the day. We loved that there was a huge park just around the corner, as we like to start our day with a brisk walk; very lovely. It was a 10ish minute walk to the tube which took us everywhere we needed to get to. Also, the owners have left a great guide to area pubs and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Westbury Pub and Jam in a Jar - friendly people, great food and drinks at both of these spots, and again, within walking distance. Also, wonderful produce stands just at the entrance area of the tube, with very reasonable prices. We will always cherish our fond memories of our time spent here!

Wish it was not so.

The property is very nice. Well decorated and with many unexpected gifts from the owners. Unfortunately due to an incident with a local delivery driver it dampened our experience and made us feel unsafe. We had to relocate to a hotel which became very expensive at the last minute. While no fault of ours or the owners we wish they had been more accommodating with what we paid.

Fantastic Place in London

This is a great place for a large group of people if you're traveling to London. While it's situated a little ways from the core, it is a short walk away from the underground station that will take you wherever you want to go. We would definitely recommend this place to any group that is looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. The hosts were great as well, we had a couple of very minor issues and they were fixed within minutes of emailing the hosts. Excellent place. Excellent hosts. 5 stars!!

Flott rekkehus!

Store rom, rent og pent - et flott sted å feriere i London! Vi var to familier, totalt 10 personer som tilbragte ei langhelg i dette rekkehuset. God service, vertskapet hjalp oss med å bestille taxi fra Gathwick. Ca. 15 min å gå fra undergrunnstasjonen til huset. Vi er veldig fornøyd, og anbefaler andre familier som reiser sammen å bruke dette huset.

Home away from Home

Orla and Titti are fantastic hosts they were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The homemade cakes on arrival were devoured instantly by our party. We were a large group of 9 adults and 5 children but there was plenty of space and the living area was great for our evening get togethers. Every room has that special touch, the bathrooms are very luxurious and we were provided with lovely matching towels and toiletries in each one. We also requested parking permits which were at a special rate and Orla and Titti were on hand to sort that out for us too. The house is approx 15 mins walk to the tube which is on the Picadilly line and took us straight into central London, in fact it was a great help at the start of our holiday as half our party flew in from Australia and we were able to get on the tube at Heathrow and go directly to Turnpike Lane without changing, that was a real bonus. I thoroughly recommend this wonderful find especially if you are a large party and thankyou Orla and Titti for making it extra special.

Great place in London

This place was great for us to stay. We were 3 families, 6 adults and 5 kids and we all slept very comfortably. The house is very nice and clean, bathrooms were great, and bedrooms were superb. Having the kitchen with some breakfast items like cereal and oatmeal was great to get our day started as we spent all of our daytime touring the sites in London. The Turnpike tube stop is about 10 minutes walk and very easy to do. It's on the Piccadilly line which turned out to be one of the best lines for touring London as it had all of the great stops close to the sites we wanted to see and it was convenient for us to stop in Covent Garden on our way to grab dinner and then just get back on the same tube. Everyone enjoyed staying at the house and I was especially appreciative of the hosts accepting our rental request with only a few days notice because our previous rental in London cancelled on us 3 days before our arrival due to a water line break that left the place uninhabitable.

Seriously! The Best! From some average Americans!

So, we were a party of 11! And, what a blessing to find this house and, more astonishingly, this amazing house-mother! We came home to find brownies (home-made) for the kids. A Chalk board welcoming us, and enough bedrooms and accommodations to make us all feel amazing after our travels! UGH! The house is great for a large party. You were our salvation when our hire-bus was late being delivered and you were so understanding about all our "special" needs. The house is about a good 10 minute walk to train; but once you are past that, there are many possibilities into the city and many local joints to get breakfast etc immediately. We loved it! Thank you Britain and thank you Titti! Love Mary Jane & Nigel and our 6 kids, and the hangers on that followed us to London.

Very stylish and comfortable house

The house was absolutely fantastic, spotless and so stylish. All the rooms were decorated to a really high standard and there was so much space for us all. Our group was 14 people for a weekend get together and there was plenty of space for us all. Also having a garden was just fantastic, even more space for us to enjoy. Lovely homely touches throughout the house as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Charming, comfortable, and convenient North London

Great stay in Orla & Titti’s home. Fantastic for groups. Each room has been thoughtfully put together, the interiors throughout are inspiring and the communal living space and garden are very comfortable. The hints and tips for the area were great and we really enjoyed the local pub.

Sociable space, lovely decor, good location

We booked the house for a reunion of 5 university couples and it was great. We lived in the (well equipped) sociable kitchen/diner and the garden, and found it an easy walk to crouch end for a restaurant we'd booked too. Orla was a kind and knowledgeable host, and the homemade cake she left us was delicious!

Great house for families

Had a short break in London with our four kids. So nice to have a safe enclosed garden with a lovely sunny aspect. Orla and Titti were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us great tips about where we could bring the kids for a bite to eat ( 4 of them can be a bit difficult to handle so need lots of space in restaurants), the proximity of parks , museums etc. Our very own personalised 'lonely planet' guides! House is high spec and hence very comfortable. We would highly recommend it.
