THE SPACE: A distinctive two-bedroom apartment set over three internal floors — 84.5 sqm / 910 sqft of design-led living arranged around a sculptural spiral staircase. Ground-floor entry, with bedrooms and living space spread across the levels. Central heating throughout.
LIVING AREA: Open-plan lounge and dining beneath a bright skylight, anchored by a corner sofa (with sofa bed), a Smart TV with soundbar and media hub, and a dining table seating six. Bold "Frankie Says…" neon over a deep-blue feature wall gives the room its signature. Comfortable for a working morning or a group dinner in after the theatre.
