Property comprising 4 rural lodgings, including 3 for rent on an olive grove of 2 hectares. Located at equal distance between the sea and the mountain
as well as at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, Sospel offers a rich historical and economic heritage due to its geographical location between Nice and Turin called the salt route.
Gîte n ° 1: Renovated garden level. Entrance through small covered terrace. Living room (1 double sofa bed, flat screen TV with Freeview), fitted kitchen area. 1 bedroom with double bed. Shower room with wc. Washing machine common to the 4 lodgings. Electric heating. Charges included depending on season. Tourist tax in supplement. Sheets rental on request. Access is via a 600-meter earth track, gravel, cemented in places, suitable for vehicles but not recommended for vehicles that are too low.
