Best Listing in the Area!

Excellent place near Monaco and Menton. Host is very friendly and answers questions with speed and accuracy. Only recommendation would be for you to arrange transportation to/from the place as the house is up on a cliff and might be a bit of a walk but overall excellent property!

It was peaceful, serene, and truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. This was also the last place our beloved furry friend stayed with us — a place of love, beauty, and calm. We will always remember it with deep gratitude and affection.

View of a Lifetime

I had a lovely stay at Annie's home in Roquebrune-cap-Martin! The ground floor apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. The view from the large terrace (and every window) must be seen to be believed. I spent hours sitting outside staring at the ocean, yachts, and hillside villas.Annie was a kind and helpful host. After I got a flat tire she even drove me to the train station. (One observation: you will definitely want a rental car here unless you are comfortable climbing lots of stairs and/or inclines.)

On a passé un superbe séjour chez Mme Annie, elle est très adorable et à l'écoute.La maison est propre ,offre tout le nécessaire, pour un séjour tranquille. La terrasse donne sur le sud ,avec une vue dégagée ,sur mer ,et sur le cap martin .Le cadre est très joli.On y est retourne sans doute

Annie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Bei unseren kleinen Sorgen war sie stets zur Stelle. Mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. In der Küche fanden wir alles, was wir zum Kochen benötigten. Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser waren ausreichend für 4 Personen vorhanden.Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Terrasse ist eine Wucht. Die Aussicht grandios. Am Morgen konnten wir vom Bett aufs Meer schauen und den Sonnenaufgang bewundern. Einfach toll! Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder: Ganz lieben Dank Annie für die schönen Tage!

Accueil chaleureux de madame Durante dont la gentillesse, la bienveillance, la discrétion, la disponibilité rendent le séjour confortable et très agréable.Même si, comme la vaisselle, un peu vieillot l’appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé.Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse où il est très plaisant d’y prendre ses repas.Le garage est un plus.Un très bel endroit pour de belles vacances !

Séjour très agréable, propriétaire très sympa et a accepté le chien et le chat , aucun insecte ds le logement grace aux moustiquaires, terrasse avec vue sur mer magnifique, le seul bémol est la cuisine qui est stylé année 70,80 avec de la vieille vaisselle et la salle de bain à rénover, chambre impeccable
