Spacious, Comfortable, and Welcoming

We couldn't have wished for a better experience. The host is warm and friendly, the house well furnished, and the kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. It really is as beautiful as the pictures, with spacious and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. Even the neighbors are wonderful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.For those travelling with pets: We've stayed many places that are allow pets, this one was truly welcoming with flooring and furniture that are pet appropriate.

"Accommodation was wonder...

"Accommodation was wonderful, the location was superb and the host charming. The house has everything you could need (apart from a kettle for us Brits!) including table cloth and serviettes. A Vist to the bakery in Casalborgone is a must as is the 'Death by Pizza' at the Pizzeria in Casalborgone. I should know, I survived! Surroundings are very peaceful with beautiful views of the surrounding flora and fauna. Highly recommended. Car hire is necessary."

De eigenaar is een geweldige man die graag zijn kennis over de lokale producten, bezienswaardigheden en evenementen met je deelt. Hij heeft respect voor je privacy en denkt met je mee als je ergens tegen aanloopt. Wij zouden op enig moment visite krijgen en toen stonden er spontaan extra stoelen op het terras bijvoorbeeld. De ruimte is heerlijk groot en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om hier te kunnen wonen, werken en recreëren.

Des vacances dans la nature, un vrai bol de bien être Le propriétaire est agréable et très disponible. Le logement est très grand, propre et bien équipé. Le voisinage est accueillant avec les vacanciers. En un mot, je recommande très vivement ce logement, tant pour l'habitation que les rencontres humaines que l'on y fait.

Wir suchten Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Diese fanden wir. Wir suchten einen Ort wo man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann. Diesen fanden wir. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Vacanze in pieno relax

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane, in questo appartamento. La casa è grande , fornita di tutto il necessario, dal phon al mix da cucina. Biancheria pulita e profumata. Fornita di coperte asciugamani in abbondanza. Il contesto è molto bello, le foto rendono poco l'idea, il glicine è molto folto ripara dal sole a differenza di come risulta nella foto. Molto silenzioso, proprietario disponibile e cortese, che soggiorna nella porzione di casa accanto. Gli altri vicini di casa sono molto simpatici. Dista 1 km circa dalla statale, più altri due km da Casalborgone. Consigliato per trascorrere delle vacanze in tranquillità.

Calme et confort à la campagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaine dans la grande maison-gite de Mario. Les environs avec leurs villages perchés sont très beaux.

"Gros merci à M. Crosa po...

"Gros merci à M. Crosa pour notre séjour au gîte du 1er au 18 octobre dernier. L'endroit a vraiment tout pour plaire. Il ne manque de rien. On se sent rapidement chez soi dans cette grande maison (nous n'étions que deux). C'est calme et bien situé pour profiter de cette belle région. Mario, le propriétaire est sympathique et il est toujours disponible pour nous aider ( en plus, et il fait un excellent nebbiolo) .J'ai bien aimé la proximité du village de Casalborgogne (excellente boucherie Pigs&Cow de Bruno et Piero, bonne boulangerie voisine aussi), on pouvait ainsi se promener toute la journée avec la certitude de trouver quoi se préparer une bonne bouffe en rentrant. Il y a aussi une superbe bonne table à Cinzano (un village voisin) : c'est le Il Sedano Allegro. A Cinzano, je recommande aussi le vignoble de Stefano Rossotto pour de bonnes bouteilles Piemonte d.o.c. et Freisa di Chieri ; cela change des Barolo, Barbaresco et Langhe (qui sont à découvrir sans faute...). Le plus beau marché ? le samedi matin à Coconato. N'Hésitez pas à emprunter les chemins de travers pour explorer cette région ! Par temps clair, les vues sur les alpes (Monto Rosa etc) sont à couper le souffle. Je reviens au gîte : un feu dans la cheminée, le sanglier qui cuit au four, un verre de Barbaresco.... Le temps s'est arrêté.... ce gîte contribue au bonheur. Ne vous en privez pas !"

"Très agréable location située en pleine campagne. C''est avec beaucoup de plaisir que l''on retrouve le calme et un peu de fraicheur au milieu de la nature après la visite de Turin ou de Milan. Les commerces et les restaurants ne sont cependant pas très éloignés. La maison est très grande, parfaitement équipée et propre. Le propriétaire très accueillant."

La situation de la maison...

La situation de la maison, en pleine campagne correspondait exactement à ce que nous cherchions. L'accueil du propriétaire est exemplaire. L'itinéraire qu'il nous avait fait parvenir est impeccable, peut importe d'où vous arrivez. La maison est très bien équipée et très vivante. On se sent tout de suite chez-soi.
