The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms including a cabin type closed just with a curtain, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located 5 minutes from the ski lift of the Savoy and 15 minutes walk from the gondolas of the Brevent.
## Logement
Situated in the centre of town but in a quiet location, on the 2nd floor of a beautiful residence (no lift), this charming T3 apartment with a total surface area of 30m2 and a chalet feel comprises :
- a lovely balcony with views of the Arve (the river that runs through the town) and Mont Blanc,
- a small lounge/dining room with a new sofa bed (140cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
- a ‘cabin’ bedroom with no door (just 1 curtain) and a bunk bed (please note that these are quite narrow and small, more suitable for children than adults),
- a bathroom with bath and shower,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine - Nespresso and filter -, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob),
- hoover, ironing facilities, hairdryer,
- TV, Wifi,
- an enclosed lock-up with allocated space and an outside parking space (subject to availability).
The flat is located :
- In the heart of Chamonix.
- In a quiet residence with easy access to many amenities and attractions.
- Less than 2 minutes' walk from the pedestrianised street in the town centre, where you'll find shops, restaurants, a cinema and other businesses.
You will be within easy reach of the market, open on Saturdays, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the magnificent QC Terme SPA.
What's more, just 2 steps from the residence, you'll find the Champ du Savoy, where the ESF ski school is located and where you can take the ski lift to the Brévent-Flégère ski area if the snow conditions are good! Otherwise, the gondola lifts are 10-15 minutes away, and there's a great climb to warm you up!
For your daily needs, there's a Super U and Drive supermarket less than 5 minutes' walk away.
During your stay, you'll have the chance to discover the Aiguille du Midi cable car, which is less than 15 minutes' walk away.

Numerous landscapes are to be discovered all year round.
