Come and enjoy the charm of South Brittany in Concarneau with its walled town in a town house 500 m from the beach and thalassotherapy. Our house is completely renovated with terrace and patio.

Le logement de Karine est tout simplement idéal, tout est prévu pour le confort. Il est spacieux. L’emplacement est top pour tout faire à pied. La literie est de grande qualité. Les divertissements (jeux pour enfants, livres) sont appréciables. Vraiment rien à dire. Tout était parfait.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten das Haus für 2 Wochen gemietet, es hat uns gut gefallen, alles entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind komfortabel, gute Qualität. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer könnten bequemer sein. Für jemanden der nicht so gut zu Fuss ist, kann die Eingangstreppe aussen etwas schwierig sein. Die Garage ist sehr eng, die Einbahnstrasse davor ist ebenfalls ziemlich schmal, das Einparken ist schwierig. Die zentrale Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Mme Thoret hat uns sehr freundlich begrüsst und war auch bei der Abreise vor Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

sehr gut ausgestattetes Gästehaus in zentraler Lage in Concarneau

Mitte June 2022 haben wir das Haus für 4 Tage gemietet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Neben der wirklich komplett ausgestatteten Küche, so was hat man selten, waren wir auch vom Komfort der Betten positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war tadellos in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Toll auch die zentrale Lage. Der Bäcker war nicht weit weg, so dass wir schon morgens mit einem tollen Frühstück starteten. Fußläufig konnte man in 5-10 Minuten viele Geschäfte und Restaurants inkl. Ville Close in Concarneau erreichen. Heutzutage auch wichtig war der gute WLAN-Empfang in allen Bereichen. Die Garage und das Einparken waren eine Herausforderung, jedoch besser als kostenpflichtig zu parken. Typisch für eine Hafenstadt war der Lärm der Möwen und deren Hinterlassenschaften auf der Terrasse. Aber so ist das halt. Noch ein Tipp an Karine: Die beiden Sofas im Wohnzimmer würde ich sofort austauschen, da sie einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Insgesamt Daumen hoch und klare Empfehlung.

Maison de ville propre et très confortable

Doté d'une bonne literie, bien équipé, ce logement se situe à 2 pas de la ville close et reste toutefois calme du fait de la proximité de la voie verte. Je recommande pour une escale à Concarneau.

Ruime en goed verzorgde woning

Alles is aanwezig in de woning. Terras waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Woning op loopafstand van het kleine centrum met een aantal leuke restaurants en de oude ommuurde stad. Er is een smalle garage aanwezig en het inparkeren is een uitdaging. Een prima uitvalsbasis naar stranden en dorpjes.
