This 2 bedroom penthouse at the La Concha Condominiums is in one of the only beach front condos in La Paz. It is close to La Paz, but far enough away for a peaceful visit. Next door, La Concha Hotel offers additional amenities or La Paz is a 9 minute drive away. Uber or Taxis are plentiful.

La Concha Condominium and its pool are private for paying guests only.

Sit in front of the fireplace on chilly evenings and watch the sun set over the Sea of Cortez.

La Paz has become quite the international cosmopolitan destination that has so much to offer with a thriving eco-tourism industry.

The number of activities and attractions in La Paz are plentiful. The beaches in La Paz are among the most beautiful in Baja. Schedule a charter at the Cortez Club to swim with Whale Shark or take a trip to the island Espiritu Santo to swim with seals. Kayak or Paddle Board in front of your condo.

Our Host was very welcoming, helpful and quick with replies. The staff was very friendly and always available.The huge balcony was beautiful with 3 areas, some in the sun, some in shade. All with 180 views over the bay. Very roomy, with all supplies and gorgeous decor and furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo had everything we needed and is a perfect location, away from the hustle of the main city centre, and yet less than 5 minutes drive away from the main city streets. Fantastic sunsets from the large and spacious balcony, the hot tub by the beach was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. All staff and other guests/owners were very friendly and our host was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to our questions.

Recently remodeled! Old school charm Condo with a modern twist. One of the only Condo complexes in the Town right on the sand. Top floor views and yummy breezes everynight!! Enjoy!

A week in La Paz

The property is very well maintained. There is a fantastic swimming pool for exercising and the beach is great for snorkeling. The building is close enough to La Paz to drive to the city center in 10 minutes, yet far enough away to provide a very peaceful escape. Bravo!

Nea has a lovely property over looking beautiful La Paz bay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked and furniture is nice and comfortable. I would stay here again in the near future. Nea was very easy to communicate with and is well organized.

On the beach!

Enjoyed our stay. Loved breakfast on the balcony and sleeping with the sound of waves. Only downside is the pool is pretty cold and the hot tub is only available for 4-5 hours each evening. But if you’re coming here, it’s for the beaches. Balandra beach is a short easy drive from the condo.

Paradise on your balcony!

A peaceful paradise with multiple fanatic views off your balcony. This is a great place for a holiday! Also, if you are a diver the dive shop is steps away with amazing diving. The restaurant on the pier is a 5 min walk and has amazing food.

Beautiful condo with amazing views and location

The condo is beautiful and the balcony is amazing. Both bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms which was perfect for 2 couples. You could cook and have a wonderful dinner at the condo since the dining and living room are beautiful also. The pictures are just as beautiful as the condo. We took Ubers or taxis into town for dinner many nites and the ride was $12.00 round trip. We also ate at The Cortez Club (our favorite) next door and it is amazing. Ricardo at the Cortez club booked a fishing trip and a day trip to swim with baby sea lions. Both were fantastic but swimming with baby sea lions and beautiful fish was magical. Balandra Beach and Telocate Beach are within 20 minutes and definitely worth the drive. Nea, the owner, is a gracious host and we will definitely be back.

Lovely stay with a couple cautionary comments

First let me say we would absolutely stay here again we would just be more date selective…let me explain. Communication with the host and onsite contact was excellent and the condo staff were wonderful! The building and grounds are very well taken care of and the pool (open noon-9:00 pm) and hot tub (only open 4:00-9:00pm…would have been nice to have this open on cooler days) were well maintained. Behind the condo is a 4 lane thoroughfare and it can be noisy, but when you are down at the pool, the sound of waves and boats drown it out a bit. One word of caution, the public beach front of the condo has parties on the weekends and can be noisy. Finally on noise, we were there during Carnaval celebrations and even though the unit is out of town, the sound travels over the waters and the loud music goes till 2:00 am for 5 days in a row (we even closed our patio doors and were kept awake by the music)…just a FYI. The unit itself was larger than we expected which was very nice but the kitchen is TINY (only one person can be working in there at a time) but it is well stocked. FYI, there is no door between the master ensuite and master bed in case you’re squeamish about that. The bed is super comfortable though! Finally, there is one small tv, but no tv channels just a very limited streaming package (which requires mostly “rent or buy” options.) so we had to go to a local bar to watch the Superbowl. Finally views from the balcony were AMAZING!

The condo was great. It is located right on the beach and was the getaway we needed. Condo is exactly as advertised. The check in was very easy and fast. Owner answers all questions and is available to contact if needed. Great condo and complex. We will be back.

My Penthouse is one of few in La Paz right on the beach. It is quiet with amenities within walking distance. There are two restaurants, an outside bar, a dive club and spa next door. The view overlooks the Sea of Cortez. The balcony is quite spacious with a barbecue. Enjoy a margarita in front of the wood burning fireplace while watching the sun set over the Sea of Cortez.
