Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Weather was very hot so also spent time at the pool, which was also clean and not crowded. We had a short walk about 5 minutes through charming neighborhood to wonderful uncrowded beach.

Perfect for a short getaway

The unit was very clean and in a great location. Paradise Properties were very communicative prior to and throughout the stay. Trash pick up instructions were not very clear. Overall - excellent experience.

Very Nice!

We had a great time here! The room was pretty clean with a couple very minor issues 1 being the floors weren't very clean and the sheets looked to have cut hair all over them.(neither of which I contacted them about) I just bought some new sheets. The bed it's self was pretty comfy and the room it's self was beautifully decorated, smelt nice, and felt very homey! Perfect spot if you don't like the crowds (which we dont). We had a little trouble getting into the room at 1st but customer service was incredible and very friendly and had us in in no time. Thank yall for the wonderful experience!

What a perfect vacation!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sea La Vie! While the outside seems a bit lackluster, the inside made up for it. The decor was perfect and the room was well kept. We were very comfortable for our entire stay. Location was perfect. We spent Memorial Day weekend there, & it was not nearly as busy as what we saw visiting PCB and Destin. Would recommend to anyone and will likely book again!

Nice visit

The condo was nice. My biggest issue was that there was no washer and dryer. The TV in the master bedroom definitely needs to be replaced. There is a "ghost" on the screen that will not go away. Oh, and need more hangers for sure. Bathroom is totally weird with sink behind the door. But love Carillon and will definitely be back.

Such a cute place!

My husband and I stayed for a few days for our anniversary! We really enjoyed the condo! Very cute decor, the condo was overall very clean.The comforter was a little dingy, but that's it. The TV didn't work in the bedroom, but we thought the smart TV in the living room was a nice touch! The porch was very nice! We would definitely stay here again! Very convenient to beach as well as close proximity to Rosemary & Alys!

Disappointing

While this unit was well decorated and in a decent location there were a few things that were disappointing about it. First off, the floors were filthy on arrival, and secondly there were many things in the unit that just didn't work. The light over the stove was blown so it was nearly impossible to see to cook, also the ceiling fan in the living area seemed to have a mind of its own because it would randomly speed up or slow down or even just turn off regardless of what button you were pressing on the remote. Also, while not a malfunction, the layout of the bathroom makes it so that you cannot use the sink without having the door closed. Very annoying if you have small children like we do. Oh and the bathroom lights switches are outside the bathroom. My son thought it was hilarious to turn the lights off while I was showering. And last but not least, beach access is gained by taking a walk through a gated community for a few blocks. Oh and make sure what you have can be carried up about 20 steps because if there is a ramp to roll a wagon up we didn't see it. While these issues may not be deal breakers for some or even for us, all of it together was, we left for home a day early.

The unit was clean, really well decorated and very comfortable. Easy to get to, close to grocery stores, the beach, pools and restaurants. On the downside, the bedroom window is right next to an extremely bright outside light that shone like a spotlight through the blinds, making it very difficult to sleep. This could easily be remedied by putting up some simple, and relatively inexpensive, dark out curtains, which would make a huge improvement.

Our family really enjoyed our time here! Listing details were accurate. There is some construction going on in the area, but it didn’t negatively impact our experience. We loved the little cafe and pizza place that are on site.

Comfy and cozy

This was a very nice property, however, a few things could have made it even better. The kitchen lighting was very poor. We were surprised that there was no coffee provided. I left a list of things that could improve the property on the card in the kitchen. Thank you.

What a beautiful property and room! The bed was COMFORTABLE! The aesthetics were 💯. I would love to stay at this property again. Also clean bathroom is HUGE for me and it was Flawless. Also enjoyed the balcony that just flowed with the decor from the inside to the outside. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Relax

The condo was clean and updated. Beautiful view of the lagoon from the balcony. The large community pool was refreshing and had 2 hot tubs. The area was quiet and relaxing. The community pool has a lock that acts finicky, just remember to bring the code and be patient. We had to leave the condo area and drive to one of the Beach access' in the community behind the property. It is a hike on a hot summer day and for my elderly mom. She was not able to climb the stairs to access the beach so we did have to drive to a local public beach access that had flat ground to get to the beach. That is truly the only downfall we found with the property. The "shopping" area within the condo facility is under construction so we were not able to enjoy those features. It was definitely a beautiful relaxing trip. Thanks!

Very dated property. The complex had construction in progress around every corner. Very long walk to beach. Bedroom fronted to Hwy 98.. No place to store luggage. Cannot recommend.
