A 19th century farmhouse with spacious accommodation on one level with1/2 ha of private garden with a large pool. Perfect rural and private setting approximately 3kms from Aignan, a pretty historic fortified town with a good selection of shops, bars and a good traditional restaurant. Centrally located to explore St Mont vineyards and rural villages and markets.

The entrance door leads into the spacious hallway with a modern lounge with exposed beams and French doors leading to the terrace. The lounge also has a comfortable sofa and chairs. An archway leads through to a well equipped dining kitchen area, which has French doors leading to the terrace and can also be accessed from the hallway.

There are 4 double bedrooms. To the right of the hallway the first double bedroom has exposed beams and stonework and a large feature fireplace with wood burner. It also has a double sofabed for use if required. The second double bedroom has an open fireplace . This bedroom has a connecting door through to the large modern tiled bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink and WC. The bathroom is also accessed from the hallway. At the end of the hallway is the separate guest WC and a laundry/utility room.

From the hallway, stairs lead to a newly completed second floor with 2 more double bedrooms over looking the terrace and swimming pool, 2 seating areas and an office area. There are lovely views across countryside. There is a third outdoor dining area with a large wooden table by the barn for evening meals by the orchard. Lazy afternoons in the hammock are also a must!
