Les hauts de Saint Christaud: large gite overlooking the Pyrenees

Large stopover cottage 7 km from Marciac, world famous for its Jazz festival which lasts 3 weeks from the end of July to mid-August. Saint Christaud is also close to the Mirande Country Festival (mid-July) as well as the "Tempo Latino" festival in Vic Fezensac (End of July).<br><br>We will give you all the advice you need to discover our beautiful region. If you are like us gourmets, like any self-respecting Gascon, you can enjoy the best markets in the region, the beautiful nearby villages and the festivals not to be missed.<br><br>Typical and friendly house perfect for family reunion in a haven of peace. <br>The cottage is located near Marciac on a ridge of the Gers facing the Pyrenees chain which can be seen in almost its entirety.<br>The site is absolutely calm, peaceful and relaxing.<br>The half-timbered building was built in natural materials, the inside of the walls is made of straw bales, which makes it a bioclimatic house. A wooden atmosphere awaits you inside, the decoration is neat.<br><br>On the first floor:<br>- A large, fully equipped dining room with a table that seats 12 people<br>- A large living room<br>- A room available (useful during courses)<br>- A fitness room: infrared cabin, indoor bike, stepper, sipho break.<br>- A shower, a toilet.<br>- One bedroom<br><br>On the 1st floor:<br>- 6 rooms fully equipped with large shower and toilet including 3 doubles and 3 singles.<br><br>On the 2nd floor:<br>- 2 double bedrooms without shower room <br><br>Bed linen not provided<br>- Optional bed linen and towel rental: €12 per bed for the duration of the stay<br>- Heating supplement depending on the season: 60 €
