Casa Lisa 3-star house, close to the sea, river and all amenities, in a quiet location.

Nice villa in a green and quiet in the heart of nature but close to all amenities.
10 min from the sea, river and mountains, shops 5 min.
Well located in eastern plain in Prunelli Di Fiumorbo between Ghisonaccia and Solenzara on the east coast. Easy access to major roads to visit the island. We have a good central position to go to all directions.
New villa composed of 2 double rooms (140 x 190) and a sofa bed in the living room, a large walk-in shower, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, beautiful terrace open view of the plain and the sea. Bed linen provided
A private space is located at the foot of each villa and a beautiful pool faces the terraces. Clear view of the countryside and the sea.
We also rent a very nice ground floor villa with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped as our villas and recent. It is located 30 meters from the pool and also offers great tranquility (you can see the good reviews on our reviews).
We put at your disposal all the equipment for your toddlers (cot, chair, raised seat, bath).
We are fortunate to be in a region where many activities are proposed and the wonderful and unspoiled nature offers all its splendor.
To book, just send me an email or contact me by phone. I send you the contract by email and you return it to me by signed mail or by mail. A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is required, by check or bank transfer and the balance of the rental will be paid upon delivery of keys.
For cleaning and linen supply, the price is 50E.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse. Guter Standort für Ausflüge in die Berge und 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den nächsten Stränden.Der Gemeinschaftspool und die Möglichkeit Ziegen zu füttern runden den Aufenthalt auf dem Gelände ab.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen im August 2025 in Nathalies Ferienwohnung verbracht! Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, sowohl für Strandbesuche (15-20 min Anfahrt für eine ganze Reihe von näher gelegenen Stränden), als auch für Ausflüge zum Fluss mit Badegumpen (ganz toll fanden wir das "Teufelsloch"). Nathalie ist eine großartige Gastgeberin mit vielen tollen Tipps! Auch eine Fahrt nach Bonifacio lohnt sich, auch wenn man mit ca. 1,5 h rechnen muss. Und nicht zu vergessen, der tolle Pool! Wohnung, Pool und der Garten sind sehr gut gepflegt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Wir (5 Personen) hatten 3 wunderschöne und erholsamen Wochen bei Nathalie. Schon bei der herzlichen Begrüßung wussten wir, dass wir dort richtig sind. Das Appartement, der Pool und die Grünanlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hinterm Haus gibt es Ponys Ziegen, für kleinere Kinder vermutlich ein Highlight. In den 3 Wochen haben wir uns größtenteils selbst versorg und in der schönen Küche alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wird. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und ist mit einem automatischen Tor (Fernbedienung) gesichert.Unser Lieblingsstrand war Plage de Pinia (20 Minuten Fahrtzeit). Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Plage de Calzarellu ist etwa 15 Minuten. Das Teufelsloch ( Badegumpen) ist nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto und noch mal 15 Minuten Fußweg (bitte nur mit festem Schuhwerk) entfernt.Liebe Nathalie, noch mal vielen Dank für 3 wunderschöne Wochen und hoffentlich sehen wir uns bald wieder!!!

Ein wirklich schöner und gepflegter Ort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nathalie ist eine tolle, freundliche und dezente Gastgeberin. Wir durften ihr beim Füttern der Ziegen helfen. Die Gegend ist auch toll und es gibt einiges zu entdecken. Unsere Lieblinsorte: das Teufelsloch und Canella Strand.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit netter Vermieterin.

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Vermieterin Nathalie versucht alles damit es den Gästen gut geht. In 15 Minuten ist man am schönen Sandstrand oder in der Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der nächste Fluß mit Bademöglichkeiten ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

sehr schöne Wohnung in idealer Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Dank Klimaanlage sind auch sehr heiße Tage kein Problem. Der Pool ist sauber und das Miteinander mit den anderen Familien der Nachbarwohnungen war absolut problemlos. Der nächste Strand ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut top. Sehr wenige Menschen, sehr sauber, traumhaft. Auch Flusstouren sind sehr viele möglich. Von daher: sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons séjourné chez Nathalie du 16/09 au 06/10. La villa est très propre ,fonctionnelle et bien équipée avec une belle terrasse. A l' extérieur la présence des animaux est agréable. La piscine est impeccable car elle est nettoyée quotidiennement. Quant à Nathalie , elle a toujours le sourire ,toujours disponible et attentive aux demandes que l'on formule.C'est vraiment une belle rencontre. De plus ,son book est très bien fait que ce soit pour les visites ,les plages et les restaurants ... Je recommande particulièrement cette location. Jean François Annie Danièle et Patrice.

Très bon séjour

C'est la deuxième année consécutive que nous passons un excellent séjour chez Nathalie. Le logement dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires, les photos reflètent parfaitement la réalité. Nos deux filles apprécient particulièrement les animaux du propriétaire (poneys, lapin, chèvres..). Situation idéale, à mi-hauteur entre le nord et le sud de la Corse, pour visiter l'île. Proche de très belles plages sauvages où l'on a l'impression d'être seuls en plein moi de juillet; et pour ceux qui préfèrent l'eau douce, à 5 minutes de la rivière pour des baignades bien fraîches. Merci à Nathalie pour ces superbes vacances; nous reviendront c'est sûr.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines chez Nathalie, du 8 au 29 juillet 2017, mon mari, moi et nos 4 enfants. Tout était parfait ! Nous revenons l'année prochaine. Logement très fonctionnel, tres propre, tout confort, piscine, environnement calme et résidence soignée. Plage à proximité, commerces, balades dans les rivières. Nathalie est très accueillante, bienveillante, disponible, avec des petites attentions à l'arrivée, un livre d'accueil qui nous a guidés tout au long de nos vacances, avec maintes explications et conseils précieux pour des touristes qui n'avaient jamais mis un pied sur l'île de beauté ! Adresse à conseiller vivement, rien à redire !

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung bietet genug Platz, hat einen schönen Pool und Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto. Wir waren im Juni dort mit 2 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und einem Hund. Es war herrlich, in der Nähe gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Auch zu den Supermärkten ist es nicht weit. Trotzdem liegt es sehr verträumt und abseits, so dass man die Ruhe genießen kann. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass man einen schönen und unbeschwerten Aufenthalt mit allem Komfort verbringen kann. Sie spricht Englisch und Französisch (klar...) und ist immer ansprechbar, da sie auf dem nächsten Grundstück lebt. Für unsere Kinder waren vorallem die Ziegen und Ponies toll, da sie diese füttern und streicheln konnten, dazu noch der Pool und sie wären den ganzen Tag beschäftigt gewesen (wenn da nicht immer diese lästigen Ausflüge mit den Eltern gewesen wären ;-))... Wir fahren bestimmt noch einmal hin! Thanks to Nathalie for a great stay!
