Located in Villeneuve-Loubet Plage, 7 min away from the sea and 10 min from the port, this flat with a beautiful terrace can accommodate 4 people. Close to shops and transports, this design and air-conditioned accommodation is perfect to have a break and enjoy the sun.
This large flat is situated on the 5th and last floor (with elevator), consists of a living space of 68 sq. m and includes :
- a bright and wide living room,
- a sunny 50 sq. m terrace with a view on the sea and the mountains,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a separate well-equipped kitchen : kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment, washing machine, dryer, baby bed and high chair,
- TV, DVD player, WIFI, air conditioning and fan,
- an access to the residence private parking.
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

At the heart of Villeneuve-Loubet Plage, you will be at the best place to enjoy the French Riviera. 7 min away by foot from the beach, 10 min from the port and close to all shops, you will also be close to Marineland, French Riviera Horsetrack or the very nice Vaugrenier Natural Park. You will also easily travel along the French Riviera and discover all its treasures : Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes…

From the airport (Nice) → 10 min by car or 45 min by transports
