Beautiful Area!

This was a nice apartment. Small, but perfect for what we needed. There is one bed and the couch pulls out into a double bed. You have to pay 10E per person for sheets and towels and make sure you have 300E for a deposit which she will give you back when you check out. Very nice host.

Une localisation et un cadre au top !

L'appartement situé au 2eme étage est très bien exposé et bénéficie de la climatisation et de 2 magnifiques terrasses ! La piscine accessible aux résidents est très appréciable car peu fréquentée. La localisation est idéale à mi-chemin entre la plage et les commerces ! Et quel privilège de bénéficier d'un garage fermé en sous-sol qui permet de laisser son véhicule en toute tranquilité !

appartement bien situé mais malheureusement la propreté est à revoir, mauvaise odeur en rentrant. Comment faire le ménage avec des serpillières d'une saleté innommable, des restes alimentaires collés aux assiettes, très peu équipé pour cuisiner et le chauffage défectueux, bref déçue.

Appartement au calme

Appartement au calme, propre et bien équipé. Grand garage au sous-sol d'une résidence sécurisée. L'ascenseur est situé à côté de la porte d'entrée. Nombreux commerces à proximité, belles ballades à faire dans les environs. L'autoroute n'est qu'à 1,5 kms environ. Le séjour a été agréable, avec un beau temps très doux.

Bel appartement traversant, propre, calme au deuxième étage avec ascenseur, confortable, sans doute réservé exclusivement à la location, à 1 minute à pied de la plage et 300 mètres du géant casino, 2 grandes terrasses, une sur la rue et l'autre sur la cour intérieure avec vue sur la piscine et sur les voisins, dans l'ombre de la Marina Baie des Anges, un box en sous sol, accueil du propriétaire pas évident car il ne maîtrise pas parfaitement le français, le canapé lit futon dans la chambre est bas et un peu dur pour nos vieux os, l'accès aux fours pas facile à cause du réfrigérateur, pour notre séjour à Noël, pas chauffé avant notre arrivée il a fallut compter 3 jours pour obtenir une température agréable dans les pièces, pensez à prendre des espèces pour régler le solde à l'arrivée et aussi l'eau et l'électricité en sus au départ.
