We live on the West coast and purchased this property in October of 2019 to use personally when we are in Nashville and have a place for others to experience this amazing city.

Why they chose this property

The charm was great and it fit what we were looking for. A quiet neighborhood in a developing area close to Berry Hill, stadiums, downtown and airport. Having an additional 1 bedroom/1 bath unit makes perfect sense for us to keep on side for us and other for visitors.
