Lomailua Calahondassa

Vuokrasimme tämän kohteen vaimoni kanssa kahdeksi ja puoleksi viikoksi. Se ei vastannut kuvista saamamme kuvaa. Tilava yksiö lasitetulla parvekkeella oli kuitenkin tyydyttävä ja varustettu tarvittavilla välineillä. Muuten sisustus oli kolkko. Sijainti rantaan oli hyvä. Ulkoilu- ja lenkkeilymahdollisuudet olivat erinomaiset ja ne tekivät pidemmän oleskelun siedettäväksi. Samoin asunnon ympäristö oli hyvä. Kaupat ja ravintolat olivat kävelymatkan päässä ja bussiyhteydet lähikaupunkeihin olivat hyvät. Asunnon äänieristys olisi voinut olla parempi. Lähellä olevan moottoritien melu ei häirinnyt, mutta epäonneksemme meillä oli äänekkään ja riitelevät naapurit, jotka rauhottuivat puoleen yöhön mennessä. Asunnon pidemmän ajan vuokraaminen on haaste, lyhytaikaiseen asumiseen se on tyydyttävä. Asunnon isännän sai kiinni hyvin, kun siihen oli tarvetta.

Die Wohbubg reicht für 2 Leute vollkommen als Ferienwohbujg aus. Die Lautstärke von der Szrasse ist schon bemerkbar, aber nachts in Ordnung.

Dans l'ensemble tout était parfait, l'emplacement proche de la mer, piscine, restaurants, supermarché, on a pu tout faire à pied. L'appartement est assez grand pour 2 personnes, et il est très bien équipé. Juan Carlos est à l'écoute et disponible si nous en avions besoin. Le seul point négatif : la proximité avec la route, ce qui fait que le bruit des voitures est présent toute la journée et toute la nuit, beaucoup de passage.

excellent appartement dans un cadre sécurisé, place de parking gratuite, largement assez grand pour 2 adultes, appartement neuf , très propre, avec véranda vue sur la mer au loin, décoration moderne, ustensiles de qualité, hotte aspirante très efficace,TV moderne avec chaines en toutes langues, tout le nécessaire même gel douche, savon, sel , poivre etc... en fait tout était parfait. LIDL à 2 kms en voiture , ou supermarché à 500m à pieds, bord de plage à 200m, avec un parcours de 5800 m aménagé pour se promener le long de la plage... super ... le seul bémol : route à grande circulation à proximité que l'on entend les fenêtres ouvertes, mais qui ne nous a jamais dérangé pour dormir et passé un excellent séjour relaxant. juste à signaler qu'un des rideaux roulants de la véranda est difficile à monter et descendre. Nous reviendrons dans ce logement si l'opportunité nous ramène autour de Malaga. je le conseille très vivement , excellent rapport qualité prix sachant la proximité de la mer et notre hôte très charmant.Je l'ai même conseillé à des amis . Merci encore , Juan , du plaisir que nous avons eu de venir chez vous. Françoise et Alain , les touristes français."

1 minute walk from the sea. Beach also really near. Close to a road so you can hear cars day and night. The view is just on a parking place and part of the road. It’s not an open balcony, but Windows. Owner of the place is really helpfull. We had a great time.

The apartment was simple but clean. The apartment is close to the highway with traffic quite loud when window is opened. The air conditioner worked well and was much appreciated. The pool and grounds were very nice. Unfortunately, the apartment building is undergoing a large construction project and the accompanying noise negatively impacted our time at the apartment. The apartment is a close walk the to the Beach, however the beaches are not very nice, they are rocky and frankly dirty. If you are looking for a charming seaside visit, this is not it.

avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet appartement de taille correcte pour 2 personnes. Carlos ,même si absent lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ est très disponible(joignable par téléphone). Appartement très propre mais avons du payer 30 euros supplémentaires pour le ménage de départ(non stipulé sur le contrat après vérification).Bien équipé, climatisation fonctionnant parfaitement ,présence de la wifi, une cafetière électrique aurait été la bienvenu ainsi qu'un parasol. Très bien placé pour visiter l'Andalousie mais un peu proche de l'A7. De très bonnes vacances. Merci Carlos. Laurent et Valérie

Perfect and affordable

Really enjoyed our stay here. Carlos is a perfect host, explaining everything from the outset (even with a language barrier). The apartment is clean, well equipped and in a really prime, central location. It's also within a gated complex for secure parking and private access to pools, children's park and tennis court. We will definitely be staying again in future and have already recommended to family and friends. If you're looking for an apartment in a good location, with key amenities close by, well equipped and looked after with a great host, all at an affordable rate you should definitely book here. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay!

Vacaciones en Calahonda Julio 2016

Bonito sitio y tranquilo, rodeado de pinos, con una temperatura idónea para pasar unas vacaciones. La Urbanización esta bien, con varias opciones de piscina, situado al lado de la costa y con un paseo de unos 40 minutos hasta Cabopino. El estudio muy acogedor y correcto, disponía de todo lo indicado, lo único quizás que se hecha en falta la nevera que fuera un poco mas grande. Recomendado para otros propietarios y para volver. Como única pega indicar que hablando con otras familias, nos indicaron que se alojaron en el mismo edificio en un estudio de similares características bastante mas economico que nuestra reserva. Aun así , alojamiento mas que recomendable. Saludos.

Logement conforme à la description, très propre, très bien équipé. Tout le linge est fourni ce qui est bien pratique quand on vient en avion ! De plus le propriétaire est très sympathique et parle français. Le logement est bien situé, près de la plage et des commerces. Une location à recommander sans hésitation !
