Emplacement super mais déçus par l'appartement et les modalités d'arrivée !

Contact sympa avec le propriétaire avant l’arrivée mais ça ne suffit pas. La procédure d'arrivée est une douche froide : les infos sur Abritel sont erronées. Au lieu de récupérer les clés auprès d’une agence, c’est un monsieur qui se déplace pour nous les donner. Mais Jean-Marc n’est pas professionnel, il est stressé face aux arrivées multiples dans la station, et en devient désagréable au téléphone. Il a mis 1h20 pour nous ramener les clés (désagréable après 7h de voiture !). L'état de propreté de l'appartement est approximatif, et l'état du jardin est carrément négligeant (papiers, nourriture...). L’extérieur de l'appartement est chouette, belle terrasse, accès au bord des pistes (il a neigé à notre arrivée donc retour skis aux pieds). Par contre à l’intérieur c'est très limite : le canapé lit du salon est archaïque avec un matelas de quelques cm d’épaisseur, aucune lampe de chevet/d'appoint, pas de couteau qui coupe, pas de ciseau, pas d’appareil à raclette, pas de grille pain, pas de bouilloire, etc. Un mini lave linge peu utile au lieu d’un lave vaisselle qui aurait été apprécié, pas de WIFI. La salle de bain est accessible uniquement par la chambre ce qui est contraignant. L’appartement est correct pour un couple qui dort dans la chambre mais pas pour une utilisation du lit + du canapé. Cela fait 15 ans que nous partons au ski entre frère et sœur et c’est la 1ère fois que nous sommes vraiment déçus du rapport qualité/prix.

Séjour ski

Logement bien placé pour le retour de ski quand l enneigement est correct, pour notre cas ce n'était pas le meilleur enneigement, il fallait redescendre avec un télésiège et remonter à pied. Dans l'ensemble propriétaire compréhensif du problème d arrivé et de propreté.

A lovely apartment reasonably priced

After some very good communication with the owner, everything was as described. The concierge who met us at the apartment was very friendly and helpful. If you know the resort then the location is good however if you dont know the resort then do a bit of homework on the lifts. You can walk out of the apartment and literally within 20m ski down to two lifts that get you where you need to be. You are 150m from the free bus circuit stop, 5 minutes walk from a supermarket and ten mintutes walk from the centre of the village so if you miss the last bus its really not a problem. If you are travelling from abroad you will need to organise sheets, pillows and towels from the local laundry service and if you are arriving late you will probably need to take provision for this with you for the first night. All in all a great spot and a great experiance, thank you to Arnaud and Jean Marc...!!!
