Beautiful home perfect for our family. Comfortable bedrooms and living space. Very well stocked kitchen. The pool was a treat as it was unusually hot during our stay. Our host was excellent. Definitely recommend as a home base to explore Jura and Cote d’Or.

beautiful country mansion

We had a great stay in the house with a group of old friends. 8 adults and 8 bicycles. Almost every day we cycled in the magnificant landscape. After return cooling down in the swimming pool. Dinner at the house. The kitchen has all you need. Dole is very near and a charming old city.

Grand House in great location

We had a wonderful holiday in this rather Grand House. The pictures perhaps don’t do justice to the size of the place - starting with a huge stone staircase as you enter - across the four floors. We had a Group of 8 and certainly had space for more. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, the gardens huge and the pool is superb. The house sits within the village of Authume within walking distance of the Bakery, Pharmacy and Tabac (unfortunately the bakery was closed for a week during our stay). Then a short drive to the picturesque city of Dole, which has everything you could possibly need. A couple of downsides that dropped the house from 5 to 4 stars, the main one being how poorly kept the garden was. For such a grand house, weeds grew through all of the Patio (outside the house & around the pool) and dead plants & weeds were left in the handful of large pots scattered about. A few euros spent on some colourful annuals and a bit of weeding would have made all the difference. The only other gripe was the state of the oven when we arrived, which looked like it’s not been cleaned in years. Minor gripes, relative to the splendour of the property, which has clearly has some major investment over the last few years. Bathrooms, for example, are in excellent order. Overall a great property, and one we would recommend.

Wir waren Anfang September 2025 mit 9 Personen in diesem schönen und großzügigen Haus in Authume. Das Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, das beginnt bereits mit dem Treppenhaus und setzt sich in dem großzügigen Erdgeschoß, mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestatteter Küche fort. Die große Terrasse grenzt an die Küche mit Blick auf den Pool und dem traumhaften Grundstück mit altem Baumbewuchs.Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für den Besuch von Dole, Beaune, Dijon und dem Juragebiet.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und schnell.Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal mit der Familie hier und es hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Haus und Garten sind so geschnitten, dass es für alle genügend Rückzugsorte gibt, man aber trotzdem genug Platz hat gemeinsam auf der schönen Sonnenterrasse oder am Esstisch zu sitzen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, inklusive Brennholz für den Kamin, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank Eric für den schönen Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Maison incroyable

Nous avons énormément apprécié nos vacances dans cette magnifique demeure de caractère. Nous étions 12 et absolument pas à l’étroit. Le logement est possède tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, profiter des grands espaces de la maison, bronzer au bord de la piscine et se baigner. Un pur regal! Entspannter Familienurlaub

2 Wochen waren wir mit 3 Familien in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben traumhafte Sommerferien verbracht. Der Garten ist sehr groß, das ganze Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Eine eigene Boulebahn, ein toller Grill, ein Tischkicker und sogar ein Klavier: für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank an Eric und Delphine. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Urlaub mit der Grossfamilie

Wir (Großfamilie mit 11 Personen- zwischen 15 und 81 Jahren) hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem geräumigen Haus. Küche prima ausgestattet, Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Sofas und sogar einem Klavier. Großartig die Boulebahn, der Pool und der Garten an sich mit dem alten Baumbestand und genügend Platz für Volleyball oder Viking Cup. Dole, was in 7 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist, hat uns entzückt, in der Loue bei Chambray zu baden war ein Highlight. Beaune und Dijon nur knapp 45 Minuten entfernt,… mehr braucht man kaum. Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Sonnenschirme am Pool, ein weiterer Sitzplatz mit kleinen Tisch unter den Bäumen für die heisse Mittagszeit , sowie in den oberen Zimmern noch jeweils ein Stuhl um seine Kleider abzulegen. Delphine war superschnell beim Beantworten unserer Fragen und als an einem Vormittag die Abdeckung des Pools nicht aufging, organisierte die in Kürze jemand, der vorbeikam und das Problem behob. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a great time with friends and family. The house is spacious and well equipped, very comfortable! With proximity to the main highway it was easy to travel to Burgundy and the main cities in the vicinity.

Belle propriété à vivre aux abords de Dole

Très belle semaine estivale au sein de la propriété. Piscine extra. La maison est agréable à vivre, joliment décorée. Petit décalage néanmoins avec le dernier étage, où qques finitions seraient appréciées : pas de poignee de porte pour la salle de bains, pas de penderie ni commode dans une des chambres (donc absolument rien pour poser ou défaire sa valise), pas de volets aux fenetres (il faisait très chaud meme la nuit au dernier etage), rien pour poser sa trousse de toilette dans la salle de bains (pas de tablette ni rebord au lavabo pour poser sa brosse à dents),... c est qques détails mais ça choque un peu dans cette qualité de propriété qui est par ailleurs magnifique.
