About this property

Luxury home pool & Jacuzzi. 10 mins to universal studio 15 mins to Hollywood

Gorgeous modern house with heated Jacuzzi & pool.
Large Master bedroom with a walk-in closet, TV and full bathroom.
WiFi throughout the entire house.
Full size Washer & Dryer (minimum of 4 nights).
Alarm system.
Master bedroom has its own bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. Towels provided.
Kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. I provide oil, pepper & salt, pots & pans, utensils etc... everything you need for you to dine in (food not provided).
Located 10 mins from Hollywood & Universal studio’s. 20 mins from six flags/magic mountains
Synagogues, kosher markets & restaurants in walking distance.
Everything is new & very clean. Spa use is $175 for the up to 3 days. 4 to 7 days is $250. If over 7 days please ask privately.
Pool can be heated for additional cost, the rate is $225 per day, minimum 3 days, water temperature will be 84. If you would like the pool heated for 4 or more days please ask for my discounted rate.

There’s a separate unit attached to the house. The unit is occupied daily by a permanent tenant. There’s a side separate entrance, out side the gates of the house. The tenant doesn’t have access to the house, the pool or front yard. You rent the entire house and pool to yourself and your group. She’s very quite and mostly not home. She won’t be in your way in any way.
Smoking inside the house is not allowed!!! Smoking inside the house fee is $350 (cigarettes/weed).
Incase the neighbors call me because of loud music, parties, over the amount of people allowed in the house or police interferes I will have to get you out of the house immediately, $1500 fee will apply. This is not a good house for outside parties!! You can be a bit louder inside the house as long as it doesn’t bother the neighbors.

Pets: there’s a $150 fee for pets. Must be paid prior to arrival. Must inform before and get approval to bring a pet.
Optional: gate around the pool for kids safety.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sound restriction policy from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. $1500 for interrupting Neighbors. No Parties allowed.
There’s a $225 fee with a minimum of e3 days to heat the pool
Smoking is allowed only in pool area. NO smoking inside the house! $350 smoking fee!

Perfect vacation home

We loved our stay here. The host was fantastic. The rooms were nice. Very spacious living area. The pool/spa were fantastic. Close enough to Universal Studios but far enough away as well. Definitely recommended for your next visit!

Just perfect!

We were in town for 2 weeks, and this house was perfect! Everything was clean and just like the pictures! Beds were comfortable! Neighborhood was safe and quiet!

Perfect for our family

Had to travel back to LA for mom's memorial services. Location was perfect. Karen was an amazing host. Stayed with family of four and dogs. She was always available to assist within minutes. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Karen for being so responsive and accommodating.

Perfect getaway for my family!

We were looking for a place to stay while visiting universal studios with my family of six and this place was perfect. Communication with the owner was one of the best I have experienced at any vacation rental. There was even some cookies and pretzels at the home when we arrived which was awesome since we didn’t get in till late. Universal was just a quick 10 minute drive away. Pool and spa were clean and a lot of fun. Great place to relax after a long day at the park.

Not luxury/ Fair accommodations.

This is an average property. Def not luxury. Rough scratch towels and only a few of them. Furnishings were modest. Home needed painting, cupboards and amenities just average. The pool photo’s made it look like luxury. The check in process was not smooth. We were sent two messages about a hidden key, instead there was a lock box. After reaching out we were informed of lockbox and code. Keys were old, locks needed graphite. Very uncomfortable for a woman alone btw. Still, the place was average and access to food and shopping was fine.

Not as advertised

Furniture is different(worse), beds are different (worse), garage is occupied by fulltime tenant, walls are significantly dirty and scuffed throughout place, house is short of supplies such as cups/bowls/cookware, closet doors missing, I have many pictures of what this place actually looks like for reference. Great Neighborhood, but neglectful owner. Not worth the cost.

Great stay

Just what we were looking for, house with pool and hot tub to spend some family time away from the cold northeast. Karen turned on the pool one day prior to our arrival which allowed for it to heat it up before we got there and the temperature for both pool and hot tub were great, even in the chilly evenings. The rest of the house is comfortable and served our needs, in a nice quiet neighborhood with shopping nearby. Karen responded promptly to the few requests that we made.

Great house for a family!

This is a great property for so many reasons. Karen responded very quickly to answer every one of my questions prior to booking, after booking and during our stay. She wanted to make sure our stay was going to be perfect for us. She was really great. The house is exactly as it is presented in the listing. It is spacious and tastefully decorated. Very minimally, but enough to support a large family. The essentials are there, comfortable chairs and couch, large coffee table and television and a dining table with chairs. The small touches were there including chocolates on the master bed! The pool is exactly as it looks on the listing. The artistic painting all around the pool is very tastefully and meticulously crafted. It gives you the feeling you are somewhere else even during our full week where it rained hard all day every day. The hot tub was appreciated! The back patio is very private and has covering so you can sit outside even if it's raining. The neighborhood is quiet and has many interesting houses. It's great for those daily walks or runs. We would definitely stay again at Valley Glen. Thanks Karen!

I’m here with every question or request that my guests may need. Before new guests arrive I’m making sure the house is perfectly clean and organized exactly as I want it to be. I’m working with the cleaning lady until everything is in the right place. Everything must be perfect for my guests.
It’s very important to me to have happy guests. People want to enjoy their vacation and I’m here to make sure the house will be the first step for a great vacation.

I put so much effort to make this place comfortable and pretty. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in. It has lots of small accessories to make the place look gorgeous, beds are comfortable (all new), lots of decoration pillows and blankets to make it look nice and warm.
