We're so glad you found the house immaculately clean, the street safe and close to Universal, with Griffith Observatory not too far. Great to know the room sizes and dressing room were ideal, and that the large appliances were a plus. This is an important piece of feedback, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Please know that this is the first report of a leak at this property. Any report of any leak needs to be reported to management and we immediately send maintenance to fix it. We highly encourage all our guests to reach out to us immediately during their stay when issues like this arise so we can address them promptly and ensure you are comfortable. The same goes for the presence of ants. We would have happily sent pest control right away if we had known. We have already sent our maintenance team to address the leak and secure the stove knobs, and we also scheduled professional service to actively treat the property for ants. We are always working to improve and elevate the guest experience.
