Dont hesitate to book this property. The property description and photos are accurate. This is an older building, but well-maintained. The apartment has been updated and is lovely. It is a real plus to have onsite manager there on property and the free golf cart rides to nearby places during the day is a huge bonus. In case you are planning to cook in the apartment, that is difficult. The kitchen is VERY small, and there is very little cookware to use and few dishes and silverware. The lack of cookware is the biggest hindrance-- you could prepare a sandwich here, and there is a wok and a few pots, but no skillet/pan for cooking.However, the Grab app can deliver almost anything! And other than the kitchen, the apartment is wonderful, great location near Sukhumvit and Soi 11, where there are an abundance of restaurants.

My family and I enjoyed staying in Shirley’s house. The house is spacious with 4bed rooms and equipped with all essentials. The house is in the center of Bangkok near the big shopping mall, The Em District, supermarkets and cafe. Shirley is a kind host and I will book her place again for my next trip to Bangkok.

Having a washing machine is a gift. This place is well appointed and close to transport and major attractions. Highly recommended.

The condo is in a great location right on Sukhumvit and only 3 or 4 minutes to the BTS Skytrain. Leepoon was away on business, so her papa met me and he showed me everything, he was great. The condo had everything I needed, and it was absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend this condo. I definitely will return.

Easy self-check in. Great pool and fitness center. Perfect location in Bangkok. Host communicates instructions well. Nice sunset view from room. Quiet area. It is an apartment but lacking in kitchen basics for cooking or tea/coffee. Would recommend staying here.

Clean, efficient and well maintained one bedroom apartment in a new, secure and stylish condo building. Close to great shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Very convenient to the BTS and MRT transportation systems. Beautiful pool and excellent workout facilities.

I stayed at "Complact Duplex - Thonglor" for three months, and I'm pleased that I did. It's not actually in the busy Thonglor neighborhood but just across Sukhumvit on the much quieter Soi 38, which has little traffic and terrific steetfood vendors, where I had dinner many nights a week. When you go home at the end of the day (or evening), you will feel like you are leavng the hustle and bustle of the city. The BTS is a quick walk or tuk tuk ride (provided by the building) away. I usually walked--it's five minutes. The building staff is friendly. The gym is well-equipped. The pool is small and shaded but very nice on a hot day. The hosts, Eva and Chai, were very responsive and helpful. I'm happy that I stayed here. Highly recommended.
