Welcome to the Cozy Sonoran Retreat -- a cool, comfortable retreat centrally located to some of the best gems in Tucson (10 minutes from Sabino Canyon, 15 minutes from Saguaro National Park, 20 minutes from Tanque Verde Falls, 15-20 minutes to downtown and UofA, within a stone's throw of dozens of restaurants, shops, and cafes).

Our 1 bed/1 bath Cozy Sonoran Retreat comes fully equipped for your own quiet, oasis in Tucson, including a private patio, 55" 4k smart TV, Nest thermostat for temperature control, ceiling fans in every room, stocked kitchen, washing machine/dryer, and meditation/reading nooks.

Cool off in two resort-style pools and hot tub, located just across the way from the Cozy Sonoran Retreat. Adventure Awaits!

This ground floor condo sits in a quiet complex. The interior is newly decorated boho chic and is really well done! The bed was super comfortable with great sheets! It’s about 30 or so min drive from UA. Hosts were great communicators and easy to get in and out of place with no key to worry about!

Nice stay

Condo is clean with a kitchen containing most items you will need. The area seems secure, with very convienient access to Udall park (we played pickleball every morning, and many people walked dogs morning and evening). Across the street is a favorite gelatto store called Frost. We highly recommend the visit. The condo complex was quiet and didn't seem fully occupied. However, our visit was in summer with local temps 104. The condo AC worked well to keep us comfortable, and we were allowed access to fully adjust the indoor temp. The complex has a community pool, hot tub and a grill that requires you to supply your own charcoal. The lack of grill was our only disapointment with the place. Hosts were in contact throughout our stay and quick to respond to inquiries.

Sweet Stay

The little house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with eating and cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Also cleaning items and paper products. The bathroom was also stocked with shampoo and shower gel. Also towels and paper products. I wished that the shower would have had handles and/or a bath mat. The bedroom was a nice size and had a door to the patio. The living room was furnished with a couch and tv. The tv was a streaming one which we didn't care for. I was able to watch network on my computer so that made me happy. Check in and out were super easy. All in all we would stay there again.

Condo on NE side of Tuscon

Very happy with this condo and everything about it. Owners were very responsive. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen and washer/ dryer in particular. Pool and hot tub nice. Good neighborhood. Convenient parking. Lots to do in the Tuscon area this spot was perfect. We hope to return. Thank you!

Excellent stay

While not the largest space, it's very efficient. Kitchen was well stocked. Always great when hosts provide coffee for your first morning in a unit. will return.

The place was very clean with all kitchen necessities needed for cooking little dishes! A Safeway was only a few minutes away! Pool and jacuzzi were great! Check in and out was easy!

Nice central spot

Clean condo with all the stuff you need and nice touches like pool towels, condiments, cotton robes, etc. Fully stocked kitchen so that you can make your own meals and coffee. Definitely as advertised. If you're coming specifically for the pool, it may or may not meet your expectations. The pool area felt a little neglected and it's not heated, so we didn't spend a great deal of time there. That said, Wendy and Alan were responsive and caring hosts -- we would stay there again.

The condo was very nice. The pool was cold. We did use the hot tub which was nice. We just like more privacy.. we thank Alan and Weny for the hospitality.

Bad experience

Pictures look good but the place looks rundown. The refrigerator was on its last leg and the last night the water to the whole complex was turned off. We had no toilet, shower, sink, etc. When we asked the hosts for a refund for the one night after staying for 12 nights, radio silence. Overpriced for a mediocre place.

Great Spot

This one bedroom condo is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in Northeast Tucson. Udall Park is next door of you want to walk the dog or play pickle ball. There are numerous restaurants within five minutes. Best of all there is a sweet pool across from the unit. Highly recommended!

Great visit

Visiting family for a couple days and this property fit the bill perfectly. Clean, convenient and exactly as advertised. Welcome details had all the details and covered everything. Pool just outside the door was a highlight. Highly recommended.
