This property was perfect! Super comfortable - beds, climate control, layout. Off street parking for two cars, and everything you’d need to make an easy home away fromhome. Location was great- not far from anything. Jason, the host, was very responsive and great to work with. The backyard—wow! Private, large, gorgeous, well thought out. We loved the patio for breakfast and coffee and the shipping container deck for hanging out and taking in the view. We will definitely stay here again.

The exceptional rating for this property is well deserved. Joel pays attention to details - the house was clean, well stocked with all the essentials. Beds were comfortable and the house beautifully furnished. The back yard was a great space for a barbecue, sitting around the fire pit and entertaining anything from a small to large group. I will certainly look to book this property on my next visit to Tucson and will recommend it to anyone. Thanks Joel!Scott

This is a lovely home with everything you need. The yard is nicely landscaped and the rooftop deck on the shipping container is great for stargazing. Communication with the hosts was great.

The host communicated with me on arrival day to let me know that he would be "off the grid" for a few hours during check in. The information posted in the home was clear and concise - we had no problems with anything during our stay. The property is so beautiful, and attention to detail is evident inside and out. The bonus for those who need to combine work and vacation is the office space. We enjoyed the backyard space with plenty of seating and the mountain views while enjoying our morning coffee. We will definitely return to this property!

We had a great stay. The house and property were clean. The property description matched the house and backyard. Our dog loved the backyard. She ran and played and wanted to spend most of her time outback. Jason the property manager was awesome. He answered all of our questions and responded quickly.

We stayed here for three weeks while work was being done on our house, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home is charming, spotless, and so comfortable that it quickly felt like home. The central location made day-to-day life easy, and the yard was perfect for our dog. We especially appreciated the hot showers, cozy beds and well stocked kitchen. Thank you to our host for making a stressful time so much easier!

Great stay

I want to thank Jason for a pleasant stay. Booking was easy and Jason answered all of our questions very timely. Enjoyed our stay. Property is nicely upgraded and comfortable. The landscaping, front and back, is well done. Great home away from home.

Backyard space!

Really great set up for 3 people. 1 bath is always tricky but overall beds very comfortable. AC worked great, the backyard container and deck space was Excellent!!

Beautifully remodeled-Central location

We loved our 10 day stay and the home had everything we needed. It was as the perfect place to combine work and vacation. Especially enjoyed gathering in the evenings at the fire pit. Will be returning!

Very Clean with Great Floorplan & Yard

This house has a great floorplan and was clean, well appointed and updated. Very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. Jason was very responsive and flexible. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Awesome property. Probably the best vacation rental we have ever booked. Very comfortable with many amenities. My pups loved the fenced in backyard and they kept begging to go out and play. Great yard for us too, with BBQ grill and lots of seating both in the shade or in the sun. Office was an unexpected bonus with two monitors and a printer!

Comfortable, Clean, and Great Outdoor Space

Wonderful experience. Communication with Jason, the host, was great before and during my stay. The house was perfect and the office area worked great for my working vacation. The backyard has been nicely landscaped and there was plenty of room for my dog to explore and play. Will definitely book the next time I'm in Tucson.

Centrally located

Property was great! Close to everything (including Winterhaven Lights). We cooked in most nites and enjoyed the backyard firepit at night. Nice big yard! Just a relaxing place To stay. Neighborhood is quiet with nice neighbors.

We booked this house for the outdoor spaces and dog friendly. Exceeded our expectations in all ways. The outdoor spaces were excellent and the outdoor heater was so great we never used the fire pit unfortunately. The xeriscape landscaping was gorgeous and really well done. I loved feeling like this was a home really cared for with the cacti and plant selections. Super cool. I enjoyed the indoors more than I thought I would. I always book based on outdoor spaces. The shower was wonderful. I have never been anywhere with the water on the opposite side of the temp on/off valve - so We both appreciated that little upgrade! I felt like all the updates were done really well considering what you would get back on the investment. I enjoyed the extra little details like the crown molding, fancy fridge, offering traditional and espresso coffee, facial tissue provided, etc. I think you pulled off feeling luxurious without spending a fortune. I enjoyed finding new little nuances nearly daily! I felt like I was staying at a friends place instead of a generic hotel room feel. Would highly recommend! We stayed nearly 2 weeks and never had an issue arise. We felt like it was a great value in what we received. Thank you!

The Palo Verde neighborhood is quaint and quiet with friendly neighbors all around. There are scenic views of the foothills and you are a stone's throw away from everything in Tucson. Safe and secure and close to everything, yet far enough away from any chaos and situated on a tranquil street.

It offers an unparalleled work from home experience with a fully remodeled kitchen and landscaped back yard. The property allows one to get all of their work done for the day, retreat into an Adirondack chair in the backyard with a fresh cocktail, take in Arizona's beautiful sunsets, and absorb the warmth from the outdoor heater or fireplace. It is the perfect "mullet," with business in the front and the party in the back!
