Relájese y disfrute de nuestra pequeña villa de retiro en el Caribe. Nuestro primer piso villa le permitirá llegar directamente a la piscina de borde infinito o la playa de arena blanca, ya sea del patio salón o patio dormitorio principal. Disfrute de su café de la mañana mientras observa la salida del sol sobre el mar Caribe. La segunda barrera arrecifal más grande del mundo está justo al lado de nuestro patio. Nuestra villa totalmente remodelado cuenta con un amplio dormitorio principal con su propio cuarto de baño y patio / porche. El segundo dormitorio tiene su propio baño separado. El salón tiene un sofá grande, mesa de comedor, cocina completa y patio / porche. Las áreas de dos habitaciones están separadas por una puerta con cerradura para mayor privacidad, lo que hace que el espacio sea ideal para dos parejas o una pareja con niños.

Caribbean Reef Villas se encuentra a distancia que le da un remanso de paz y tranquilidad en este paraíso mexicano. El pintoresco pueblo pesquero de Puerto Morelos es sólo una milla al norte y el de El Cid Resort and Marina es sólo una milla al sur. A poca distancia de restaurantes y actividades.

Los restaurantes en Puerto Morelos ofrecen excelentes opciones de cocinas de todo el mundo con un toque auténtico mexicano. Se construyó una nueva tienda de comestibles en la ciudad y también hay un mercado de mariscos frescos. También encontrarás tiendas de buceo locales, tours de pesca y snorkeling en la ciudad. Y, por supuesto, de compras en las tiendas de artesanía local. La plaza del pueblo está siempre lleno de actividad. En la cabina choza usted puede encontrar un viaje a ninguna parte.

Snorkeling y Buceo - La Gran Barrera de Coral Maya situado en frente del complejo es el segundo arrecife más grande del mundo. El arrecife es hogar de langostas, tortugas, meros, barracudas, delfines, rayas y un anfitrión de otros peces de colores del Caribe. La natación en cavernas del cenote y el buceo en agua dulce cristalina se encuentran a poca distancia en automóvil. Todas las tiendas de buceo locales ofrecen paquetes de buceo y snorkeling.

Nice little place

My family and I stayed 8 nights at this property. We quite liked our week. The condo was nice and met our expectations. It's located 10 to 15 walk from downtown which was fine with us. Taxi's always available and eager to take you where ever you needed to go. The pool area was nice but what we liked most about it was how quiet it was. Nice little deck area right off our patio with a table to hang around at night. We'd stay again. Restaurant next door was a bit pricy so we only ate there once. We preferred eating in our unit or in town. Loved the water bottle to your door. That was a perk:)

Perfect

Jeff’s condo was perfect for us, from the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces, both indoors and out, to the spacious and beautiful, seaside pool. The property manager, Arlene, was very helpful. It’s a bit of a walk to town, and so we rented bikes to get around in Puerto Morelos and get over to Colonia. We will definitely be back.

Lots to love here

The condo is great and the property is well maintained: everything is clean and in working order. The grounds of CRV are neat and nicely landscaped. The beach is narrow and rocky and the thick seaweed made getting in and out of the sea difficult but we did manage to swim several times. People are friendly and helpful. Walking to town was treacherous in places due to the lack of sidewalks. But Puerto Morelos is a charming place and worth the walk. Taxis were $10-12 usd one way. We had a very enjoyable vacation.

Most beautiful place in Puerto Morelos!

The condo is amazing! Love being able to run out the patio door and be at the pool within 10 steps. We will definitely be back! Both Jeff, and Arlene (on site property manager) are very responsive and super kind.

Caribbean Reef Villas is small, quaint, friendly. The pool is fabulous, the condo was warm and welcoming and very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We'll be back for sure. Arlene the property manager is a sweetheart. Thank you again

We have been waiting to make it back to Caribbean Reef for two years and it was worth it. Jeff's place could not have been more accommodating and Arlene was, as usual, amazing! We already have it on our calendar to make reservations for next year. Thank you Jeff!

Caribbean Reef Villas

Lovely condo overlooking huge swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea. Very private and quiet. Nice beach. A little too far from town for me (too far for me to walk), but everything else was super. The owner was very nice, and the property manager and grounds staff were very helpful and responsive. The guests and owners who lived on site very friendly.

Great place!

Was great place to rent! Arlen was very helpful as well as the security guard. Very nice condo, ground floor was perfect for the little kids and had a great outdoor area. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay at CRV!

Jeff's condo is a great and safe location. The pictures don't do it justice at all. The kitchen was wonderful, as our family very much enjoys cooking together. It was supplied with knives they could cut and a nice selection of pots and pans that were well taken care of. The area is nice and quiet and you are just steps to the pool. Highly recommend!

Location, Relaxing, Great community of Owners!

LOVED this condo, the location, the pool and the beautiful gardens! The unit was immaculate and the mid-week cleaning was a nice surprise. Kitchen has everything you need including spices and the pots & pans are in great shape! There is also a hair dryer, lovely pool towels, and Tommy Bahama chairs if you want to go for a beach walk and part yourself to enjoy the view. The complex is quiet and shows great pride of ownership. During our stay several of the owners were there and they all welcomed us warmly ~ we even had a great impromptu pool gathering at sunset; there may have been drinks and appies involved! We would highly recommend this condo and hope to return. Thank you to Jeff for sharing their lovely second home with us. Carolynn

Lovely property on a quiet beach ❤️

This is a perfect spot if you want to get away from the crowds of Cancún, yet be close enough to the restaurants, shopping and adventure! Jeff responds right away, and it was an absolute pleasure working with him booking this property. We rented a car for the duration of the stay and found it useful when we wanted to take a day trip to Tulum, various Cenotes in the area, went swimming with dolphins, did zip line and other jungle adventures all within an hour drive. Property is close (5 min drive, 20 min walk) to a lovely little town of Puerto Morelos where you can find large grocery store, many fantastic restaurants and little shopping spots as well as companies that offer snorkelling and other trips. Property is very well maintained, very clean; great infinity pool steps from the condo overlooking sandy beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and it was a combination of days that were either packed with adventure or complete relaxation by the pool / beach. We hope to be back to this lovely area some time ❤️

Beautiful Property on the Caribbean

We just spent 9 nights at Caribbean Reef Villas # 211. This is a beautifully appointed condo with wonderfully stocked kitchen with great appliances, a large patio with lovely furniture, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and everything one could want for a wonderful break from the snow and cold of Minnesota. Although the beach is rocky with lots of the ongoing sargassum problem, the pool is wonderful, and we enjoyed many hours of poolside and Caribbean side relaxing and enjoying the wonderful seaside experience. We often walked into the fine little town of Puerto Morelos and enjoyed margaritas at Cantina Habenera and Don Ernestos. The new Super Chedraui gives you gourmet grocery shopping. and breakfast at El Nicho is always a treat. We also enjoyed meals at our condo with all we needed to make delicious breakfasts and delivered burgers from the very tasty Burger Underground. Don't miss the Wednesday market with homemade lasagna and delicious breads from the German baker. We have visited this area for five years and hope to continue our visits in years to come.

Awesome, peaceful, restful vacation. Jeff’s place delivered as promised.

Jeff’s place was beautiful, clean and functional. Ocean view right out the patio doors and steps away from the gorgeous pool. Lots of chairs, loungers and umbrellas. 20 minute walk along the beach to Delphinus where we swam with dolphins. A 20 minute walk along the road the other way takes you into the quaint town of Puerto Morelos where there are shops and many restaurants to enjoy. We made our breakfast and lunch at the condo and went out for dinner every night. A taxi to town is only 50 pesos and the taxi company is on What’sApp which works great. One afternoon the app wasn’t working so we stood at the end of the driveway and hailed a taxi within minutes. Overall a great experience and one of our most relaxing vacations.

Definitely exceeded our expectations

I think this is an excellent property situated just far enough away from town to make it both easily accessible and maintain privacy . The unit had everything we needed for our stay and has been recently renovated . Arlene was always available to handle any minor issues and the view from the pool area is magical especially at night .. Jeff even has a hammock on hand to totally relax on the patio .. this was the family vacation that we will remember for a long time ...

Perfect place to Recharge and Relax

The end of May is a very quite time of year in Puerto Morelos. A great time to relax and enjoy the locals who are enjoying the slower season. They have more time to sit and visit and give you an extra dose of friendly hospitality. The weather is warmer but the constant breeze off the Caribbean Sea keeps it very comfortable along the coast line. Going to the interior of the Yucatan, it will be very warm and humid. There are a number of fishing tournaments going on, so you will see many more larger fishing boats heading out in the early morning hours. The villa was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything you needed was there in the kitchen. We turned off the A/C at night and let the ocean breeze come in and help put us to sleep. We will be back for another visit soon.

Great place to spend a relaxing vacation

A very nice unit; well stocked to provide for all of your needs in a well maintained condo complex. Close enough to town to walk or bike ride while far enough away for quiet solitude. You will not be disappointed in staying here and enjoying all that Puerto Morelos has to offer. Would not hesitate to rent again and had absolutely no complaints.

Loved the 1st floor with two patios. Arlene was readily available and her husband offered taxi services. Well maintained, clean and quiet. We walked to town twice every day and enjoyed the cute square and all of the restaurants we tried!

Great Condo with two walk out doors to the pool!

This was our fourth stay at Caribbean Reef Villas. Condo #211 was very comfortably furnished and everything was in good order. The toaster oven refused to work on the very last day, but it might have just been a fuse. We loved the location, so close to the pool. The place was spotlessly clean.....thanks Arlene and Staff! We had great weather while we were there. Not as hot as in April, so we will most likely return next year about the same time. Puerto Morelos is a terrific little fishing village with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and local entertainment on the weekends with the Mayan residents. That's what I love about this place. You get a real feel of what Mexico is.......nothing like Cancun.......and I hope it stays that way! See you Soon!

This is the place to be

We returned for the fourth time and were greeted by Arlene with the key. Upon entering the condo as usual it was nice and clean and ready for our stay. Likewise the exterior grounds with the pool are cleaned daily, and the landscape is a pleasant sight which adds to our overall satisfaction. We come mainly to relax and take daily walks along the beach. We eat some meals at the condo and the rest in town. There are almost too many eating places to choose from, but all offer good mials and diverse menus. This is how we spend two weeks relaxing and escaping the bitter winters of Wisconsin. but if one chooses, there are many other things to do such as golfing, fishing, visiting Mayan ruins or just driving to other towns to shop or for sightseeing. Besides our daily swims we meet a variety of different folks who like to talk and visit with, and there is a nice selection of books, videos and CD's to entertain your self. I believe there is no better place in the Playa del Carmen area to be than at Jeff's villa. We are returning again next year; so what better recommendation could one ask for?

We just remodeled and updated our villa in 2018. This same year the Caribbean Reef Villa complex remodeled and updated its deck railings, new tile patios, decks and entryways. Extended 1st floor patios. Freshly painted the exterior of the building and freshly tiled the swimming pool. The landscaping both around the pool and around the front has been refreshed and upgraded. A new entrance and signage was added also.

Some of the best recreational scuba diving around. Many dive profiles to choose from such as shallow reef, deep water, drift, night, and cavern & cave diving in nearby cenotes. Cozemel wall diving is close by.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Small 21 unit complex isolated south of town with a very quite beach. Very relaxing in the morning for drinking your coffee by the pool and watching the sun rise over the Caribbean Sea. In the evening enjoy a cocktail while watching the cruise ships depart from the island of Cozumel and head to their next stop.
