Situato nella zona dei Quattro Angoli della Contea di Polk, a soli 7 miglia / 15 minuti di auto dal Walt Disney World Resort, il design generale del Regal Palms incorpora un complesso di piscine tropicali di 2 acri con 2 grandi piscine riscaldate, (sì, piscine riscaldate!), acquascivolo riscaldato, Lazy River riscaldato, vasca idromassaggio / spa riscaldata (calda come un bagno!) e cascate. Abbastanza caldo da nuotare tutto l'anno! Ci sono anche ampie terrazze per prendere il sole per rilassarsi sotto il sole della Florida e un'area giochi all'aperto per bambini insieme alla sala giochi per bambini e alla casa dei divertimenti di recente costruzione Banana Jacks.

La Clubhouse dispone di un comodo reception e check-in 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, e comprende un ampio ristorante, con servizio terrazza sul patio a bordo piscina, bar sportivo con TV via cavo. C'è musica dal vivo quasi ogni venerdì e sabato sera, karaoke il giovedì sera e intrattenimento quasi tutti i giorni (nella stagione). Inoltre c'è una sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, tavolo da air hockey e una dozzina di altri videogiochi, e un internet café ad alta velocità con 4 postazioni di lavoro e connessione internet wireless a banda larga per computer portatili.

La nostra proprietà è una delle più grandi unità del complesso..1856mq .. e si trova a pochi minuti dalle strutture e dalla reception principale, e ha una vista panoramica della campagna della Florida sul retro. Siamo UN END END e abbiamo accesso a Internet Wi-Fi gratuito in casa. Ci sono due maestri, entrambi con letti king size, entrambi con bagno privato ... uno ha un balcone arredato con vista sull'aspetto aperto e una vasca da bagno extra large (e una cassaforte ... disponibile su richiesta). Ci sono due camere doppie condividendo un bagno di famiglia. Abbiamo via cavo, SMART TV HD e DVD. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, piano cottura, frigorifero / congelatore ... fabbricatore di ghiaccio, microonde e abbastanza crocs per 8 persone. C'è un tavolo per la colazione in cucina e una sala da pranzo più formale con un grande tavolo. Ci sono servizi di lavanderia ... lavatrice / asciugatrice / ferro / asse da stiro. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti per l'uso in casa. C'è un patio con mobili, di nuovo con vista aperta. Le strutture del Regal Palms sono eccellenti e il prestigioso Highlands Reserve Golf Club si trova dall'altra parte della strada. Il complesso è a pochi passi da un supermercato e negozi e una selezione di ristoranti. L'arredamento è delizioso e la casa è davvero una casa lontano da casa. Siamo fiduciosi che sarete soddisfatti della sistemazione ... (. E solo per farvi sapere che l'intera casa viene spruzzata regolarmente per prevenire bug !!!) UN POSTO ECCEZIONALE PER SOGGIORNARE PER COMPLETARE LA MAGIA DELLA TUA ESPERIENZA DI ORLANDO.

Enjoyed our stay

We went here on a family vacation. There were five adults and two young children. There’s lots of room in the townhouse for everyone to have their own bed/room. There is lots of room for people to sit. It was nice being able to walk outside. The townhouse is about a 12 minute walk to the pool area. We enjoyed the pool area. It was not too crowded when we were there. Temperature of water was good and the people were very friendly.The townhouse could use an update. The rugs are getting worn and furniture was not the cleanest and some chairs needed repaired.The kitchen had lots of plates, cups, pots, utensils.Overall, I would recommend staying here. We always felt very safe and it was a very quiet area.

Ok but not the best.

It did the job but the beds aren’t very comfortable. They also don’t have a well stocked kitchen and the pots and pans were dirty and black. They also don’t give any extra supplies so you have to bring everything including trash bags which is inconvenient.

Very Nice Place

Stayed here for a combo family trip to the them parks for the New Year's Holiday. Nice place, first day discovered a broken coffee maker, but management brought a new one within a couple of hours. I was very please with communication. We also discovered on the last day that the washer was broken, which was a bit inconvenient for packing up. I did notify management again, but obviously did not expect that there was enough time for that to be resolved. The resort was nice and had lots to offer-we did get to swim 2 of the evenings and the kids enjoyed it very much.Overall, I will definitely keep this location saved for any future trips to the area.

Great neighborhood.

Overall nice stay in a great neighborhood. The beds were very uncomfortable but that happens when it’s a rental sometimes. The shower curtain needs to be replaced since it was covered in mildew. The rest of the home was clean. The TV remote was missing buttons so we had no TV for the trip. We were gone most of the day exploring theme parks so we just used our tablets. WiFi worked very well!

Very Spacious, fun amenities

Our family had a great time in this condo. The owner was super accomodating to our needs. I appreciated him helping us out. There was so much room for our big family. The pool area was fantastic. We spent a ton of time there. Some of the kitchen appliances are a little outdated. A couple of the burners on the stove took a long time to heat up so keep that in mind if planning on cooking large meals. Also the crockpot was missing a lid. But we made do. That was a small inconvenience for how much fun we had being there. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at the condo; the space met our needs. The kitchen space was small and could have had a little more counter space. Since we are all in our 70’s the stairs were a problem for some us. The one issue we had on our arrival was not being able to access the key code on my email. I contacted the property manager but did not get a response. When I emailed the owner, he responded very quickly. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Regal Palms - not so regal

We were SO disappointed with our place. The carpet was filthy and that set the tone for the entire week. The one shower was clogged and we stood in 1" of mucky water while trying to get clean. The dishes had a film on them. WIFI didn't work. The towels were old and ratty and the place needs some material upgrading. The property manager was great - but could only help so much.

Loved loved loved the resort and the property. The rooms were big and clean. One of the TVs required a pin and we weren't able to get the pin but overall we would stay there again.

Good for the price

This property is great if do not plan on spending a lot of time there. It has plenty of beds for a family. However, no place for more than 4 people to have dinner together. Had everything you need for a stay, but outdated appliances. You have to drive to the pool unless you want to walk 10 minutes each way. The pool was very nice, but bring your own floatation device for the lazy river.

The townhouse was not clean.

The upstairs master bathroom had a few black hairs in the shower. The towels were old and crusty. There was only a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen was very dirty and we had to clean it. We also had to clean all the dishes. I was not pleased with this rental property.

Perfect for a family!

Cleanest home we have stayed at. They have everything you need and more at the rental. The pool is amazing and the children loved it. We will rent from them next time we go to Disney!

Not quite as described

Looks nice from description and pictures, but not getting what you pay for. Problems with smoke alarms, uncleanliness, washer and dryer not properly working, what seemed to be some kind of moisture or possibly mold situation on ceiling below laundry room, and a actually quite lengthy distance from main building offering food, swimming, and other activities. Not to mention patio view is of a wooden privacy fence, and beyond that major construction. Overall, nice to visit Florida but this place is not worth the money, inconvenience or hassle.

Great Stay, Lots of Add On Fees

Loved the place. Nice, clean, had everything we needed plus some. My only issue was the extra fees, insurance, and resort fees. We ended up spending double the price shown. Seems like a little bit of a bait and switch.

A great house

The house was clean and neat, big enough for our big family, kitchen had everything we need, we didn't have a chance to get to the pool but we enjoyed our time in the house. Universal studios is just a short drive. Overall our Christmas was the best one! We are planning to go back in summer time. Thanks!

Disney Vacation

Great family time. Unit was clean and updated. Only issue is neighbors parking cars all over the street by driveway making it difficult to access.

Hey there, we are a Mother and Son team who own our lovely property in Florida together. I am Terez (The Mother) and my son is Tom. We are both from, and currently living in England. My occupation is as a School teacher and my son is an Airline Pilot. It will usually be me that you talk to when enquiring about our house! Together with our on site property management company, we endeavour to do our very best to facilitate any requests you may have and genuinely hope you enjoy your stay in our home from home, and have a fantastic vacation!

We chose to buy our vacation property here at Regal Palms in Davenport, FL. Plain and simply because we love Florida, and the USA. We are close enough to be able to easily visit all the Central Floridian attractions when we come over, yet the community of Regal Palms provides us with a sense of seclusion and 'time away from it all' that can be refreshing after all the hustle and bustle.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Based at Regal Palms you will experience one of the biggest units on the development, and one of the nicely furnished interiors. Open plan downstairs living and well sized bedrooms with an ample selection of bathrooms. The property doesn't back onto other properties, but onto wide open fields providing for a beautiful view to drink your orange juice to on the patio in the Florida morning sun. This also helps to escape that 'rat race' feeling - yet still being close enough to all the community resources - bar, pool, gym etc.
