Located in The Four Corners area of Polk County just 7 miles/15 minutes drive from the Walt Disney World Resort, Regal Palms overall design incorporates a 2 acre tropical swimming pool complex with 2 large heated pools, (yes, heated pools!), heated water slide, heated Lazy River, heated Jacuzzi/spa (as hot as a bath!) & waterfalls. Warm enough to swim in all year round! There are also extensive sun bathing terraces to relax on under the Florida Sunshine and an outdoor children's play area along with the recently constructed Banana Jacks children's games room and fun house.

The Clubhouse features a convenient on-site 24 hour/7 day per week Reception & check-in desk, and includes a large restaurant, with terrace service onto the poolside patio,sports bar with cable TV . There is live music most Friday & Saturday nights, Karaoke on Thursday nights & entertainment most days (in the season). In addition there is a games room with pool table, air hockey table, and a dozen other video games, & high speed internet cafe with 4 workstations and broadband wireless internet connection for laptop computers.

We do also have high speed wi-fi in the unit!

Our property is one of the largest unis on the complex..1856sq feet.. and is located within minutes of the facilities and main reception, and has panoramic views of the Florida country side at the rear. We are an END UNIT and have Free-Wifi INTERNET ACCESS IN THE HOUSE. There are two masters, both with king beds, both with en-suite...one has a furnished balcony overlooking the open aspect and an extra large bathtub.( and a safe...available on request).There are two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom . We have cable, SMART HDTVs and DVD. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer...ice maker , microwave and enough crocs for 8 persons. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen and a more formal dining area with large table. There are laundry facilities...washer/dryer/iron/ironing board. All bed-linen and towels are provided for use in the house. There is a patio with furniture, again overlooking the open views.The facilities on Regal Palms are excellent and the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club is across the road. The complex is within walking distance of a supermarket and shops and a selection of eateries.The furnishings are lovely and the house is truly a home away from home.We are confident that you will be pleased with the accommodation...(.and just to let you know the whole house is sprayed regularly to prevent bugs !!!) A SUPERB PLACE TO STAY TO COMPLETE THE MAGIC OF YOUR ORLANDO EXPERIENCE.

Love staying here.

This is our 2nd time coming here and we will be back for sure. My 2 boys (ages 9 and 7) love the pools and the lazy river. It feels like home when you stay here, you feel safe and it is quiet.

OK here is the Good, the Bad and the Ugly.The property was quiet, with lots of space and the resort was gated and had a wonderful pool area. The master bedroom shower was great (the second upstairs shower was extremely loud) with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.The Bad. We are a family of 5, staying for a week and when we arrived all of the bathrooms had only ½ rolls of toilet paper with no spares. Seemed a bit unreasonable.1 thin roll of paper towels in the kitchen, again no spares.Told we had to wash dishes but were provided no dishwasher tabs. Had to wash sheets (more on this later) but no laundry detergent. TV in master bedroom would not stream anything. TV Remote control in Master . Bedroom had exploded batteries in itFry pans in kitchen had severely damaged nonstick coating that rendered them unusable Clothes Dryer worked only part of the timeHVAC could be set no lower than 72 degrees upstairs, no thermostat downstairs so stayed extra warmThe Ugly. Master bedroom had obvious URINE smell. We thought it was the comforter and washed it. Discovered that it was the mattress. Placed additional fitted sheet on the mattress and rotated it to try to get away from the smell. Reached out to the owner and got a heartfelt “This is not up to our standards” but nothing else. Ultimately, we checked out early.I have traveled all over the US, Central and South America and Europe and NEVER had an issue like this one. ZERO support in resolving our major problem

We spent a marvelous week at Tom's place. It's exactly as described : spacious and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The resort is very convenient to rest after visiting the parks which are not too far. I would recommend this property to my friends ! Thank you Tom !!

Very family orientated. Our stay was great. Only a couple hiccups that were not the owners fault and did pass these on to owner about maintenance. Would definitely go back to Regal Palms and especially Tom's place. Thanks for not going this Christmas to your condo, both families had a wonderful Christmas and New Years holiday.

Football Weekend

Enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms Resort for a football weekend. A fun and enjoyable stay before going to the Tampa Bay - Philadelphia Eagles game on Sunday. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was helpful and responded immediately to all inquiries. Would recommend to our friends.

We went here on a family vacation. There were five adults and two young children. There’s lots of room in the townhouse for everyone to have their own bed/room. There is lots of room for people to sit. It was nice being able to walk outside. The townhouse is about a 12 minute walk to the pool area. We enjoyed the pool area. It was not too crowded when we were there. Temperature of water was good and the people were very friendly.The townhouse could use an update. The rugs are getting worn and furniture was not the cleanest and some chairs needed repaired.The kitchen had lots of plates, cups, pots, utensils.Overall, I would recommend staying here. We always felt very safe and it was a very quiet area.

We certainly enjoyed our stay in your home. It was the perfect size and location for us. The children loved the pool and waterslide. We liked the fact that this unit was located at the back of the resort because it was very peaceful and had a country rural feel. We also loved that Publix and CVS were located so close as well. We hope that the next time we come back to the Orlando area that we can stay here. The unit was extremely clean. Thank you so much!

Ok but not the best.

It did the job but the beds aren’t very comfortable. They also don’t have a well stocked kitchen and the pots and pans were dirty and black. They also don’t give any extra supplies so you have to bring everything including trash bags which is inconvenient.

Very Nice Place

Stayed here for a combo family trip to the them parks for the New Year's Holiday. Nice place, first day discovered a broken coffee maker, but management brought a new one within a couple of hours. I was very please with communication. We also discovered on the last day that the washer was broken, which was a bit inconvenient for packing up. I did notify management again, but obviously did not expect that there was enough time for that to be resolved. The resort was nice and had lots to offer-we did get to swim 2 of the evenings and the kids enjoyed it very much.Overall, I will definitely keep this location saved for any future trips to the area.

Great neighborhood.

Overall nice stay in a great neighborhood. The beds were very uncomfortable but that happens when it’s a rental sometimes. The shower curtain needs to be replaced since it was covered in mildew. The rest of the home was clean. The TV remote was missing buttons so we had no TV for the trip. We were gone most of the day exploring theme parks so we just used our tablets. WiFi worked very well!

Very Spacious, fun amenities

Our family had a great time in this condo. The owner was super accomodating to our needs. I appreciated him helping us out. There was so much room for our big family. The pool area was fantastic. We spent a ton of time there. Some of the kitchen appliances are a little outdated. A couple of the burners on the stove took a long time to heat up so keep that in mind if planning on cooking large meals. Also the crockpot was missing a lid. But we made do. That was a small inconvenience for how much fun we had being there. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

We stayed at the house from 7/23 - 7/29. The owner (Terez) was very nice and easy to deal with. She answered every email quickly. Very professional and helpful. The house was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. It is an end unit, which is a nice feature. The only complaint we have are the - for us - very uncomfortable beds (very firm for us) and scratchy towels. We also thought the house would be closer to the pool. After a long day at the parks we and especially our 5 year old son did not feel like walking about 10 min to go to the pool. But that's just a personal preference. The amusement parks are about 20 - 30 minutes away. Easy drive. We can totally recommend this owner and their house. I am advertising it already to friends. :)

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at the condo; the space met our needs. The kitchen space was small and could have had a little more counter space. Since we are all in our 70’s the stairs were a problem for some us. The one issue we had on our arrival was not being able to access the key code on my email. I contacted the property manager but did not get a response. When I emailed the owner, he responded very quickly. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Together with our on site property management company, we endeavour to do our very best to facilitate any requests you may have and genuinely hope you enjoy your stay in our home from home, and have a fantastic vacation!

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy our vacation property here at Regal Palms in Davenport, FL. Plain and simply because we love Florida, and the USA. We are close enough to be able to easily visit all the Central Floridian attractions when we come over, yet the community of Regal Palms provides us with a sense of seclusion and 'time away from it all' that can be refreshing after all the hustle and bustle.

What makes this property unique

Based at Regal Palms you will experience one of the biggest units on the development, and one of the nicely furnished interiors. Open plan downstairs living and well sized bedrooms with an ample selection of bathrooms. The property doesn't back onto other properties, but onto wide open fields providing for a beautiful view to drink your orange juice to on the patio in the Florida morning sun. This also helps to escape that 'rat race' feeling - yet still being close enough to all the community resources - bar, pool, gym etc.
