Situado en una zona tranquila de Altinkum llama Yesilkent, y sólo 200 metros o así de la playa, Villa Hazy es una encantadora villa unifamiliar con piscina propia, situado en dos plantas, con capacidad para 7 personas en tres dormitorios. La planta baja cuenta con un amplio y luminoso salón de planta abierta, cocina y comedor, y un baño. La primera planta dispone de tres dormitorios y un baño familiar. También hay una terraza en la azotea que ofrece fantásticas vistas de la zona circundante. Con la comodidad y la seguridad de los huéspedes en mente, la villa está equipada con aire acondicionado, mosca / mosquiteras, cortinas y persianas de sol. Todos los pisos y los baños están revestidos de azulejos, y el espacio exterior es de baldosas y ajardinado duro. Todos los muebles son reflexivos y de buen gusto, con confort en el hogar y la relajación en la mente. La piscina es de uso único y exclusivo de los huéspedes Villa Hazy. Villa Hazy se encuentra en una calle tranquila en el tranquilo pueblo de Yesilkent, a sólo 10 minutos de Altinkum.

La región de la costa turca del Egeo
Hermoso cálido mar azul claro con muchas bahías interesantes y solitarias componen la costa del mar Egeo. La temperatura es principalmente cálido y soleado durante todo el Primavera y Otoño y muy caliente en los meses de verano, especialmente en julio y agosto.

Yesilkent es una península tranquila fuera de la ciudad principal, con pequeñas playas locales, algunos restaurantes locales y tiendas para elegir.

Altinkum (10 minutos) significa 'Golden Sands' en turco y se refiere a la gran bahía de barrido en Altinkum. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes que se encuentran a lo largo del paseo marítimo (peatonal durante los meses de verano). Toller Familienurlaub

Die Kommunikation, Buchung, sowie check-in und check-out verlief absolut reibungslos. Nette Wohngegend, Shops fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt eine tolle Bucht in der Nähe und der Pool war das absolute Highlight. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt woeder kommen.

Lovely quiet location within walking distance to local grocery shops, beaches and restaurants. The villa and pool were very clean. The villa is very well equipped. Mustafa cleans the pool every day and is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Great holiday we didn’t want to come home from

We arrived at the villa and the pool looked so inviting that my son jumped in, perfect sized villa for a family of 5, and the owners even made sure we had a couple essentials for the morning. The villa is in a perfect location what with a couple of local shops within a 5 min walk and the bus stop for the dolmus is literally a 2 minute walk down the end of the street. There is also a beautiful little beach that has a restaurant which is about a 10 minute walk from the villa. It takes about 10 minutes into town on the bus where there is so many shops and restaurants to choose from including a McDonald’s and a Burger King and a beautiful beach which is very busy at night but a fantastic atmosphere. The house has everything you need and is literally like home from home, the only problem we had was not been able to go out the back door as there was no key (we did ask but just took too long to sort out) but no biggie. This villa is a lovely place to stay but just needs a couple bits updated, (small details makes a big difference) . Would definitely recommend this villa and the area, so much so that we have started to look around for a holiday home for ourselves as Didim and Altinkum is the place to have a relaxing holiday.

Super Erholt

Erst einmal möchte ich Herrn Salman Ravat danken für die super freubdliche Art. Er hat uns bis zur Unterkunft und auch wärendessen betreut. Sein Helfer Mustafa ist in Ordnung er antwortet spät aber er antwortet. Die unterkunft war was die Sauberkeit betrifft ganz in Ordnung bis auf in der Küche hat der Linke Schrank etwas Vermoddert gestunken sonst sind Handtücher bettwäsche der Fussbodensauber gewesen. Badezimmer sind etwas veraltet( aber auch in einem 5 sternenHotel reinige ich daher ist das auch kein Problem gewesen) der swimmingpool ist der Absolute liebling unserer Kinder gewesen, die wollten weder strand noch die Stadtmitte sehen wir mussten sie zwingen einmal zumindest mitzukommen. Der Strand ist genau 350 m etfernt vob der wohnung sie gegend ist ruhig und die Nachbar super lieb. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen angenehmen und auch erhomsamen Urlaub ubsere Kinder wollten nicht mehr zurück.

Fabulous stay

Just had an amazing 2 weeks at this property, Hamid the owner was in contact during the booking process, making the booking easy and simple, he arranged our transfers from the airport everything was hassle free. Mustafa the property manager was on hand whenever we needed him in Turkey. The villa was lovely, pool amazing and the air con a god send! Thanks for a lovely, relaxing stay with no fuss or hassle.

Nutzung bei Gesundheitsgefährdung nicht möglich

Zunächst mussten wir aus persönlichen Gründen die Buchung vom Oktober auf Ende Dezember verschieben. Dies wurde uns vom Vermieter freundlicherweise ohne Stornokosten ermöglicht mit dem Hinweis, dass es im Dezember kalt ist und die Unterkunft für uns rechtzeitig aufgeheizt wird. Der Flug aus Berlin war am Nachmittag, sodass wir ca 22:30 Uhr in der Unterkunft ankamen. Ein Kontakt vor Ort war uns genannt worden und ein Herr schloss uns das Haus auf. Es war noch sehr kalt, die Klimaanlage war auf Wärme gestellt und das Haus offensichtlich nach langer Unbewohntheit erst am gleichen Nachmittag eröffnet und gereinigt worden. An der Decke über dem Eingang und in mehreren Schlafzimmern waren weitläufig schwarze Schimmelflecken und ein eindeutiger Schimmelgeruch. Wir hatten zwei Kinder dabei, davon eines 3 Jahre alt. Der Pool ist im Vorgarten, ungesichert und war voll, aber nicht sauber, da keine Saison. Wir haben den Herrn, der uns aufgeschlossen hatte, gebeten, uns zu einem Hotel in der Nähe zu führen und sind im Ort provisorisch in einem einfachen Hotel für die Nacht eingecheckt. Eine Übernachtung in dem Ferienhaus kam aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht in Frage. Der Vermieter hat später verweigert, die bezahlten Unterkunftskosten zu retournieren. Es sei ja nicht so schlimm und er habe ja bei der initialen Stornierung auch nicht darauf bestanden, Stornogebühren zu erheben. Der Urlaub hat uns im Hinblick auf die Unterkunft 3x soviel gekostet, wie ursprünglich gedacht. Diese Unterkunft entspricht nicht den Fotos.

Great property great location just perfect for a small family

Rented this property for one week with the family really enjoyed the stay the villa was clean and so was the pool too and the right aize for the four of us and everything at the property was easily accsessable would rent this property again and recommend to others also

Lovely short break

Thank you Hamid for the fantastic communication from booking through to departure. The villa is lovely and spacious with everything you could need for a holiday in Yesilkent. The location was great and a short stroll to the beaches and bars and restaurants. The pool was lovely and clean and a great size. It’s a suntrap and not much shade from early afternoon which was fine for us. The WiFi worked perfectly, water cooler was provided. Mustafa the local contact was very helpful and prompt with timings on arrival and check out. All in all a great stay. We hope to be back next year.

this villa is great and will be definitely coming back here its just like been home from home but with your own private swimming pool the location is not far from the main strip to altinkum and it takes 10 mins on a bus and there are buses at the end of the street to catch and run quite regularly and the fares are cheap there are 2 restaurants nearby within walking distance from the villa and the food is really good and the prices are reasonable too . the pool was cleaned regularly and its not a bad size. for a family of 8 mustafa the maintenance guy was really helpful always asking if we needed anything so all in all we definitely come back here!

Lovely comfortable villa in a quiet area.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need . It is set in a quiet village with shops nearby. The transfers were perfect arranged by Hamid. The swimming pool was nice and clean and the kids loved it. The Dolmus is available on the main road and takes 10 mins to Altinkum. I would definitely recommend this property. A fantastic holiday . Thank you Hamid.

fantastic location nice an quite yet only a 5min bus ride away from altinkum an bus stops at end of rd 30yds away supermarket 600yds away little quite beach 500yds away as well the villa itself is something else with every possible thing you could need the pool is 10yds from front door an is well enclosed an private absolutely brilliant air con in every room it really was a great hol an the owner hamid even arranged the transfers which were 1st class were going back asap just got to sort dates. neil an kate wirral.

Awesome...

In August 2017 we went to Villa Hazy and everything was absolutely perfect! The owner even bought us our First breakfast.. if we had any questions or wishes there was always a friendly man who was for example cleaning the very Nice Pool, bringing new water and much more. We enjoyed our holidays very much. Thank you very very much!!! Next Year again :) Greetings, Charly

lovley homely property.

very quiet area a real good chill out with swimming pool as a bonus . transfers were brilliant with very good drivers and thanks for the starter pack . convient for beach dolmus etc . would like to have satellite television and a grab rail needed in the shower upstairs but would stay again. thank you for a great stay

Homely comfortable villa

We stayed at Hazy Villa for two weeks. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The living room and kitchen are a comfortable size and there was plenty of eating and playing space. The bedrooms are a great size. The facilities within the villa are very good with lots of thoughtfully placed extras which added to our convenience. We especially loved the views from the roof terrace. The pool is a great size and was well maintained throughout our stay, by the very helpful agent. We enjoyed the quite location and local family beaches but for a little bit more to do or some great restaurants to try Didim/Altinkum are only 10 mins away on the regular buses. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa, the location was perfect and the owners were extremely helpful.

Fantastic villa in a lovely peaceful location

We stayed at the Hazy villa in September, the owners have thought of everything possible to ensure your holiday goes as smoothly as possible, great contact and communication with Salma and Hamid (owners) throughout the booking process. Private transfers were arranged to and from the airport for a small fee, which was payable to the driver on collecting from the airport. A welcome pack is provided on your arrival which has plenty of useful ideas and money saving tips for the duration of your stay. The villa is fully Air-conditioned and is spacious, inviting, airy, comfortable Inside, the bedrooms are of a good size, with comfortable beds, extra bedding and well equipped for an enjoyable holiday, The villa is well considered, with a peaceful sized living room area, with a large seating and dining area for eating, drinking, playing games and watching films, it also has Wi-Fi at reasonable speeds and has a TV with a DVD player with a selection of movies available, the TV isn’t connected to an aerial so no terrestrial channels are available thus far. Outside, there is a fully functional BBQ (utensils provided) and a lovely seating area where you can have breakfast/lunch in the sunshine, with access to sunbeds and cushions, overlooking the fantastic private swimming pool which also has lights if you fancy a night time dip/swim. The pool also has a selection of inflatables which I thought was very thoughtful. The nearby (5minute walk) there is a nice “Yayla market selling variety of foods, they also have a restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Turkish food at very reasonable price. MIgros supermarket is also a 5 minute walk from the villa. The area is peaceful and quiet but if you walk to the top of the street you can catch the Dolmus into Altinkum, which is about 10 minute bus ride away and is a large town with beaches, restaurants and shops, there is also a local beach within walking distance by the Vennosa hotel which is less crowded and used mainly by the people of Yesilkent. We really did enjoy the September sun, the beaches, the food and the local peoples during our holiday and will definitely consider returning to yesilkent and the Hazy villa again.

Fantastic

Fantastic villa ( has all the amenities, all clean and very new) and fantastic location ( take the convenient minibus, every 5-10 mins, to the main town, for about £0.45). The swimming pool is awesome, and will keep the kids entertained if you want to just chill indoors.
