Our home is spacious yet cozy and perfectly suited for families and/or groups looking to entertain. Featuring a large backyard with a tree fort and outdoor dining/lounging area and three living rooms, the house has many different rooms to spread out. There are 2 Master Bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms, perfect for two families with kids. Located nearby are three playgrounds and parks and about a mile from closest shopping center which contains a Whole Foods, liquor store, gift shop, coffee shop, restaurants and more. Downtown Boulder is either a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Perfectly situated in Central Boulder.

Great home and neighborhood!

We stayed in Cristin’s home for just over three weeks and had the most wonderful time. It’s in a great location on a wonderful street. Friendly neighbors, a playground just a block away and close to downtown/pearl street. Their home is beautifully decorated and was the perfect retreat for our family of five (including three boys who were over the moon with the toy selection and art supplies!). Cristin was a fab host - communicating frequently, answering questions and providing recommendations. Can’t recommend it enough - we hope to return!!
