This 180 m2 villa with swimming pool on the outskirts of Aix en Provence is located in a closed residence, 10 minutes from the center of Aix en Provence, 5 minutes from the TGV station and 15 minutes from Marignane Airport. It is close to shops, children's parks, trails for walking and running, close to major highways to easily visit the region.
It is made up of a living room with open kitchen opening onto 2 outdoor terraces, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are spacious with very large double bed and bathroom / shower with private toilet. There are 2 large terraces with garden furniture, dining table with the possibility of having a barbecue, playing table tennis, and resting under the vegetable arbor and around the swimming pool. The house is air conditioned in peace and not overlooked, very sunny, ideal with friends or family.
